39I give this place five stars, it has a lounge for the customers, excellent bathrooms, great customer service, and in the lounge has a machine that has coffee and hot coco (different types of coffee). And nice leather chairs. Last but not least excellent cars, they all look new, great selection! Great experience!
Avoid Roseville Toyota at all costs. They're customer service is very poor after you make the purchase. They will lie to you, if you call to speak to finance they will avoid your call. Magarita the receptionist will keep you on hold for 45 min and will hug up. Any questions please feel free to contact me.
Huge selection of cars. A little confusing on the lanes and people stopping in the middle of a road to look without pulling over or pulling into dealership. Didn't run into anyone pushy. Would check this place out as you can look at many cars if you haven't decided on what you really want good selection.
If you go to mazda ask for donald (don or donny) smith.he will hive you 5 star treatment from drop off to pick up.he always make an effort to give me a detailed explaination of what, who, why and how much.and make a NON sales pitch experience.take notes auto-nation this man is going places!
I went to Infiniti Roseville after getting a Kelley blue book quotefor one price when I got there the gentleman change things around and made an offer for a lower Kelly book price this is not the way things are supposed be handled I did not appreciate the way to guy was he was quick rude and then afterwards he didn’t want to be bothered so I’d say this place is in a good place to buy a vehicle from nor trading I’ll be a cop I’ve heard from other Salesman that that’s what they do so I am going to stay away from infinity and I hope everyone else does or sell before they get caught up and there chaos
If you live in the Sacramento Region, I am sure you have heard of the Roseville Automall. Location is just of Interstate 80and Eureka Road. I have purchased 5 Different Vehicles from Dealers located here. The abundance of Dealers, makes, and models, new and used vehicles make this the only place I have purchased this 5 vehicles.
Lovely people. As a woman buyer, I felt very comfortable with them. Answered all my questions with respect and integrity. I did some research first about the vehicle that I was interested in. Talking with friends/family, they are so proud of me and said that I got a real honest deal.
This Mazda dealer has got to be one of the worst dealerships I have ever delt with. Service department has no idea of how to work on or diagnose a problem. And then when you call them on it they argue with you and make you feel like you don't have a right to question them. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Save yourself time, money and frustration. Take your businesses anywhere but here.
They didn't want to deal with my friend because he is a disabled veteran on a fixed income.they wouldn't put the effort into finding him a loan they just kept telling him he don't qualtify after calling him and telling him to come down
Had to go for a recall. Friendly staff. 2 hour wait, no getting around it. They did a service safety check. Came up with several necessary repairs.
I have a reliable mechanic, he verified the necessary repairs. I chose to do the work with him rather than pay the higher prices.
Went to Future Ford and met with the internet team and they sold me a great F-150 and gave me a great deal!
Had to go to the service dept.to find out why my oil light was on when I already had a oil change done. The mechanic didn't reset the system.
I love me some Future Nissan of Roseville. The people are fantastic and they treat you like family. I look forward to having Future Nissan of Roseville as my permanent family.
Eager to sell you a car.the sales manager well give you a price and try to get you a discount.so he says.once you go inside and talk with someone to purchase the car it costs more money so be on your toes and just be alert
The place is too big and most of the dealerships as re not well priced. Service charges are way too high! Autonation for instance charges $188 per hour and they are nothing but parts changers. Don't expect real diagnostic services!
Took my car here to get serviced at the inifiti dealership. The staff was friendly and they tried to accomate me as much as possible.
Roseville Automall is a huge Mall. Many brands are there to choose from. Went to BMW of Roseville for a recall. Customer waiting area is very comfortable with the large TV, and bottled water coffee and snacks. All complimentary. Roseville BMW did the recall within 45 minutes and I was on my way.

Toyota dealership went to purchase a new truck and sale's department was trying to strong arm me and was very rude would never recommend this dealership
