35Went in not expecting to even get a car got turned away once then called in they process was long but Junior was awesome he helped me get rid of a car that was just some much problems and put me in something brand new Roseville Toyota was great people was so dope and when they tell you they gone do something they do it

Roseville Toyota gave me a fair deal when nobody else would. Like everybody in this world at some point I had a rough few years financially, but Roseville Toyota treated me like a person and let me buy the car I wanted. They have a customer for life!
I pulled up and by the time I got out, the salesman was at my bumper. Although, he was nice and was trying to help (as it seemed) I believe he was looking for a sale. I told him what I was looking for and stressed what I was willing to pay, he said he has the perfect vehicle for me. We went to see it and I knew right away it was more than I wanted to spend. I asked him the price and he said he didn't know just yet but will make a call to get it. We drove it around the auto mall looking for vehicles that matched my criteria, and I was interested in 3 vehicles, but once again no price. I asked if we can get the price of those 3 and not interested in the one we were driving. We get into the showroom and he's writing up a paper about the vehicle we were driving and on the notepad, BAM! The price of the vehicle. It was double of the amount I wanted to spend. I again told him I wasn't interested in that one, but he said being that we "test drove" it, that that's the one we have to write up. But, he explained he would get the price of the other 3. The sales manager comes up and now comes with an offer of $460 a month and I say NO! I don't want that vehicle. In the meantime the guys next to us is spending more money, so the attention was on him. We were there for hours. Total waste of time. I said all I want is the price of the 3 other ones or I'm leaving. In the end, 2 of the 3 were conveniently more expensive (even being older models) and the much older one was no good at all. I said I'm done, and we left. I will never go there again. Wasted my time and they didn't listen to my wants or needs. Seemed as if my money was no good there. Bad experience
Wow these people are great. There was a long line ahead of me and they did everything in one hour for me they even washed the car.
Wow, what an outstanding experience at Roseville Toyota. Travis and Steve were an excellent team that work very hard to meet all of our needs. Travis Provided us with so much information on the Prius prime we purchased, he explained all of the features and the savings we would be having with our purchase. We had visited other Toyota dealerships and none of them came close to the Roseville customer service. Thank you again!

Like others said, the first man was a really nice person to talk. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Everything goes smoothly until I got inside. Everything changed there. The young 'manager' who was doing financial part was talking with me like the principal with a kindergartener. I understand that he doesn't have any idea how to speak with customers, but at least respect the difference in ages. Some other folks mentioned that they need training. I'm sorry, this case is so bad that will not be solved by any training. Worst customer experience ever! Even if they give cars for free, I do not recommend to go Roseville Toyota! Unless you want to get a massive portion of disrespect and ruin your day.

Worse place to go and buy a vehicle. Started with a great person showing vehicles. Then went into a guy trying to low ball us from what we wanted. It was a typical them make money with no cares of how it would fully effect your family. If you like dialing 1 to talk to another bs robot, this is the place for you. Wife had to go back a second time to give them more info that they failed to ask for the first time. Very unprofessional and creless for the person or persons lifestyles.
I was happy to find a dealer that did not engage in high pressure sales tactics. They seemed genuinely interested in making the best possible deal for me.

Everyone one was great and extremely helpful. The attention to detail and answering all questions without hurrying was incredible. Thank you to everyone involved. Isaiah Arrazola was our first contact and stayed with us all the way. He was great. Adam Ballesteros also was great. He put up with all my dickering with a smile and help us out all the way. Derek Leggins also was great. He got us through the final steps without a glitch. It was a wonderful experience. The young lady (I apologize for not remembering her name) showed me how to use all the gadgets as well as explaining what all the gadgets do and mean. This was also done by Isaiah all along the way. Everyone one was knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Isaiah was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all my questions. All in all a wonderful experience. Thank you again.
Don't expect good service at this dealership. I knew exactly what I wanted and how much a new 4 runner was worth. The sales guy was nice, however the closer was and rude. They were very reluctant to reveal the price I expected to pay and wanted to do a credit check as soon as I walked in the door. These guys prey on the lack of knowledge most people have when buying a car. They also try to up charge things no one needs, i.e. Door ding protection for $1000. Bottom line.purchase your car elsewhere. I bought a new Toyota 4runner under MSRP @ Bill Wright Toyota in Bakersfield who had great customer service and showed professional throughout the whole transaction.

Excellent buying experience. Best pricing in the Bay Area/NorCal and Jason was very helpful and upfront during the negotiating process. Very efficient- from the test drive to vehicle delivery I spent less than 90 minutes at the dealership. This was because Jason had everything ready to go and didn’t waste any time throughout the whole process. I’ve bought other Toyota’s and will definitely be returning to Roseville Toyota for my next purchase.
The only thing positive was Region in finance, he went the extra mile.other than that the sales manager, sales man lied and took me 2 months to get some where on a lemon car.
It was very refreshing to go to a car dealership where the salesman wasn't trying to sell me something I didn't want or didn't need. Instead he made this entire purchase about me and my wants. He also did everything in his power to help me with anything I needed.
Everyone was very helpful And made the purchasing process very simple especially after i had totaled my previous car.
