35Their customer service is great. Lots of places to sit and relax if you want to wait, or a complimentary shuttle if you don't. There is a cafe to get food and drinks and places to plug in electronics - either to charge or to sit and use.

Toyota Roseville is one of the best places if you are a new buyer. They have very great team who is welcoming you from the moment you are parking your car till the moment you are leaving them. Roman was our sales assistant who helped us pick what we really wanted and answered all the questions we had, broked it down to detailes and made it very easy for us. We came in yesterday with our 2 y.o daughter and he helped us out with her as well. We are defenitely recomanding this place if you would like to change your car or upgrade your chose!

Bad experiance here. Salespeople stand where you park and are like hawks the moment you get out of your car, dont know much about the cars toyota offers and when they didnt have the model i wanted with the options they kept trying to push another vehicle on us. My wife and I were shocked how rude the sales team was, keep in mind i walked in there with money in hand and a pre-approval to finance. We didnt even get that far before we decided to walk out from his attitude. Nearly adversarial and tried to say 5,000 more wasnt a big stretch for something i didnt even want in the first place. Two days later the salesman calls me and completely forgot the vehicle I wanted (SE hybrid with all options listed on toyotas website or XSE 4cyl) and after i reminded him he then proceeded to insist they have a camry xse hybrid. I said those dont exist, its not even on toyotas own website. He couldnt admit he was wrong and promised he would send me pics of the camry hybrid xse. Guess what? 2 weeks later he still hasnt sent the pics and doesnt call or email at all now. Its fine though, I can tell this dealership wasnt that great soon as I walked in to check stock the salesman tried having me fill out a form with my personal info and we hadnt even found a car yet. 2 weeks later i am driving a new camry from a professional toyota dealership with what i wanted when i first walked into roseville toyota. I live here in roseville, and i refuse to bring anyone here to buy a car and wont even consider coming here again. And Ive attached the photo of the new camry I purchased just to prove how serious I was about buying a car from roseville toyota and their failure to conduct an actual business transaction respectfully.
Overall I had a great experience. Curt Simmons was a knowledgeable and really good salesman. Barry Lyman was just okay. He would say one price for something, then you would turn around and he say a completely different thing. I understand he is a salesman and doing his job. He could also shake your hand and say goodbye after he makes a sale. Other than that, good experience.
