Ross Dress for Less, Citrus Heights CA

Lot's of decent item's available, brand name clothes for both genders. Not too pricy either, probably best deals available if your shopping for clothing or houseware item.

As my boyfriend and I walked into Ross we saw a woman (Rosa, who claimed to be a front-end supervisor) standing at the front of the store behind a small stand in front of the entrance. We had never seen this at the store before, so my boyfriend asked her what her position was and why the stand was there. Rosa was extremely rude and short with my boyfriend, although he remained 6 feet away from her and had a mask on. Things began to escalate so we looked around the store for a few minutes. We found several items that we contemplated buying, but with the initial rude exchange with Rosa seconds after entering the store we decided to spend our money at Burlington instead.
As we were leaving my boyfriend asked Rosa is she had ever heard of customer service and that the customer is always right. She imidately stated that we could leave and never come back. Things became very heated as my boyfriend did nothing to this woman but ask her a question and was treated rudely in response. With employees treatment of customers and lack of respect I am happy to never enter that location again. I understand that people have bad days, but the innital exchange between Rosa and my boyfriend was uncalled for.
I have never had a problem with Ross imployees until today and meeting Rosa. I will be happy to shop at other Ross locations, but one rude employee ruined this location for me.

The store was almost empty. All the merchandise was pretty much gone, sold out. It looked like a ghost town. I have never seen anything like this before. When they opened last Wednesday, it was like black Friday. Unbelievable! It will be awhile before it gets back to normal again. Thanks to people who work there! Hope to shop there again soon!

Very organized and they're taking all of the precautions to keep their customers safe. The lines got really long, but people stayed at a distance

I love ross. They have the best clothes and shoes. The prices are cheap and they have good quality stuff.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Had only 1 register open with over 10 people in a line. I love Ross but would never go back to this one again.

I always love shopping at Ross but I sure wish thier employees would stop talking Russian to each other in front of me. I'm fine with it on their own time but right while I'm being waited on is rude in my opinion. Also the fitting room attendants are so rude! And don't speak any English, I think that u should be able to communicate with your customers, and I asked a question in English and she just smiled and laughed, not good business!

This store always has the best prices and the best bargains if you haven't been to Ross dress for less you need to go in there and check it out and has everything from clothing to toys, houseware bathroom living room mirrors you name it

Did some Christmas Shopping here. I was able to get a few thing but selection could have been better

Evening shopping; Ample parking and ADA friendly. With intent on work blouses, I found 4 great stylish tops that fit the bill for alot less than I expected. Nine West was in the mix. Wide selection of color and styles for great wardrobe mix. While looking, I found THE dress for Valentine's day dance. Thinking of my pets, their pet section had so much to choose from in toys, bed, and care products. Store is well organized, clean and staff were friendly and professional.

Really busy store lots of shopping going on here. Staff was friendly although I feel more cash registers should have been open especially during the holidays.

Ross always amazes me with how cheap their prices are, and the quality of their products are amazing! They offer a wide selection of products and are always updating their stock. It's generally pretty clean, and I've never had a bad experience with any employees there.

This is a good sized Ross. Good selection. Located fairly centrally in Cirus Heights. Has a bunch of parking. Thanks Ross, I always find something good here.

Well stocked and organized. Lower stars because parking lot is on a slant and difficult to get into store if you are handicapped

Wonderful.actually stopped bye because we had a can of soda explod in the car on our way to the zoo they were nice enough to let my soked girl friend change in the dressing rooms

Store is always clean and employees are friendly during my visits. Sometimes the wait in line can be long but overall they are quick and efficient.

This store is always a disaster. It's so crowded and there's barely room to maneuver through with a cart.

Greenback store in citrus hights has terrible customer service especially to seniors.horrible expierence with person named hasmil who gives ross a bad name with her superior aditude and disrespect to customers

Huge store! 2 floors! Very organized and great selection. More like a Marshall's. High quality items. The only thing that I was looking for and couldn't find were lamps. Weird
