Ross Dress for Less, Citrus Heights CA

My teenage granddaughters love to shop at Ross. And they love to receive their own gift cards from Ross. I buy them online & choose a pic of each girl for their own card. Ross mails the card to each girl.
It's a gift that no one returns.

This place was understocked. It was mess. If you want to be prepared to have enough stock for certain seasons or times of the year such as back to school, then you have to do a little research. The management at this store doesn't seem to care about it's customers or it's needs. There was practically nothing for kid's. From clothes to shoes to undergarments. The under wear and socks selection were the worst I had ever seen. Walked over to see what the adult section was like. It was a mess. A little understocked like the kid's section. No one asking me if I needed help finding anything. In fact I think I seen 1 associate on the floor. Do yourself a favor and drive to one where the selection will be a little more. Your kid's will thank you later. This place has me ready to drive all the way to turlock ross for clothes.

I am not pleased about the dress shirts being removed from the package and hung on hangers you can no longer clearly see the size I had to go next door and buy my shirt with another retailer

This Ross often has different items from the other Ross stores, and if you cannot find what you were looking for here, it is conveniently located next to Burlington Coat Factory. I enjoy coming here when I have time to look for interesting items, or unique gifts. This is a good Ross, and has the same great prices you expect from this chain.

I really like Ross. I have found so many cute dresses here for cheap.

They carry anything from pots and pans.home stuff.clothes.pet stuff.coffee.shoes.purses.jewelry.kids stuff.and it is pretty cheap.

I really have enjoyed the dresses I bought here. I have bought many. You just cannot beat the price.

The store is always clean. Staff friendly and helpful. I like shopping here.

It is better than a 2nd hand store, has good priced domestics and electronics, even clothes for men and women. Overall it has what you need when working with a budget.

That place has changed a lot. Is disorganized, not a lot of clothes variety like before. I hope it gets better.

Ross Dress for Less should consider an online store. All too often, associates present are abrupt and short in response. The biggest issue: it's unacceptable for associates to roll their eyes at and address customers rudely. This is an extreme justification for self-checkouts and online, vice brick and mortar stores. Invest profits on the aforementioned, and phase out rude emplyees.
