Ross Dress for Less, San Diego CA

Store in total disarray! As always maybe because it's the beginning of the year but not much of what I was looking for in stock.

Ross has great selection for all kinds of people and their needs. However, it's a little frustrating to be in the store due to the lack of organization, especially in the makeup and hair section.

Looked like no one's picked up the store in days. I did go in the evening. Things laying on the floor in just about every aisle. Someone went ghetto in there with their kids. Toys and junk on the floors so you could not go through with a shopping cart. Racks so close two people could not pass with out touching. I had to leave. No deal worth that.

Kinda messy, but that was the customer's faults of not being brought up correctly and putting things away. They just throw it on the floor.store was great and employees were awesome.

I mean it was crazy busy when I was there so the store was very unorganized customers leaving things everywhere

I found a shirt that had tags but no price and I didn't see another shirt like it. I asked an employee who was stocking items on the floor if they could check the price and they told me I had to go ask someone at a register. There were long lines going to the register so i just hung the shirt back up and left. The prices at Ross are not that great anyways.

Love this store but it is too crowded and they never have enough registers open and thw lines are so long. This is very discouraging I have put things back several times because of the long lines and crowded isle.

This ross gets some crazy lines. I don't like going in here unless I have plenty of time and patience this is not where to go lol I don't bother to go here I've tried 3 different occasions and times and usually it's a long line. I go elsewhere.

Many of the aisles were so littered with the stores big carts as to make passage impossible. I went in for a gift but the ENTIRE aisle was blocked with stored merchandise. I went elsewhere.

Its a nice place for clothes and specially back to school. But the toys and alot of other things are opened or torn. So I don't recommend to shop there for toys for your kids

Some of the clothes are not the best quality, plus some are overpriced. On shoes you are more likely to find very good deals.

Happy happy joy joy. My happy place. Because i mind my own business. I feel like I'm on a mission but I'm not. I stroll through the aisles gaze a far and ponce at the designer section and find a cute star blouse for $12.99. By blah blah which was originally $24.99. Happy. Thank you to the kind Ross staff.

Store is very messy but employees are friendly. Many did not understand English well, but we're still as helpful as possible.

Small store with lots of merchandise crammed inside. Great deals on all kinds of stuff! Free parking!

Lots of home goods and variety of merchandise, low prices great store hours and great customer service fast friendly and accurate.

It always has great deal. You just have to have patience. To deal with the clientele and shift through the clothes.

Money goes far, fashionable in any dept. All sizes. Gift cards. Senior tuesday is 10 or 20% off

I don’t know. The place is alright and has good prices. They do lack a good men’s section. Also, a lot of this stuff looks like it has been sitting here forever and should be even cheaper than they are selling for. I mean that is what this place is, clothes that nobody else wanted. Found levis jeans my size oh but they’re bright purple.

Great for that quick outfit you need in a hurry! Great sale! Very nice sweaters that just came in.

Not very good customer service. Asked for some help to find certain items but the staff is careless to stop what she was doing and help me find what I was looking for. Not even a welcome smile on the face.
