No customer service. All I heard is next and your recipe is right there, then he walked away from the register. I had to get my bags myself. The store was a mess. Found a nice sweater on the floor but to dirty to buy.

Not the greatest selection as composted to other Ross stores. Slow with service. Often too many children running amok.
