Rowland Air Conditioning and Heating, Canyon Country CA

Rowland installed an entirely new HVAC system for me in 2018 through the Costco referral program. They did a great job and the system has performed well. I just had a service call and am about to have them install new outlet vents in several rooms not well served by the existing ducting put in place after the Northridge earthquake.

Very Very Happy with this company. After the heater went out they responded swiftly and gave us an estimate with no hidden nonsense. In Fact, we were informed the licensed Lennox business who installed the air conditioner a few years ago never pulled the permits and cut all kinds of corners. They corrected all the issues and we are toasty warm.

Replaced existing A/C-Furnace with a new unit. Added return air register. They know their business. This is the 3rd install/upgrade in the last 30 years by Roland Air. They get the job done, on time and clean, neat and no extra charges. Yep, I'd recommend them to friends.

Excellent service by Gabriel. He took the time to explain the maintenance process. Even tightened up some of the outside screws to make everything run quieter. I will definitely pick up a maintenance contract come next fall with this company. They installed my original Lennox system and I will use them for future maintenance and repair.

Thomas did a great job! He was polite and asked good questions to learn more about the problem. He figured out what was wrong quickly and gave me a cost estimate. He replaced one part (pilot light) and cleaned another (flame sensor) and tested the furnace three times to make sure it would work.

I would recommend Rowland Air to everyone. The technician show up when he said he would. Listened to what we thought was wrong. Which lead him to fix our furnace in less than a 1/2 hour. He also let us know that we would need to be replacing a part in the near future and that cost. Politely offered their warranty program. He was very professional and so nice. We will definitely be calling Rowland Air to make our future repairs.

Jesus came as scheduled, checked the a/c, installed the nest thermostat per DWP program, explained everything thoroughly and was overall excellent.

Technician Rick was very friendly, knowledgeable and communicated well as to what the issue was involving the heating system. I definitely felt comfortable and confident that i not being sold or shafted in any type of way. I highly recommend Roland A/C and heating.

Excellent job, the guys were professional, fast and efficient. We’ve had the unit for 2 days and can’t believe how quiet it is. House heated up pretty fast and it got so warm we had to turn settings lower compared to old unit. Thank you Rowland and Thank you Costco for the promotion and savings.
