24I got them through costco. Their installation and price is ok, the problem is that their service consultant promised that they will help me upgrade my gold membership to executive for the 2% cash back. It's just a $20 thing, it's minor, but it took me several phone calls to check and finally figured out that I need to do myself. It's a waste of time and effort.
We were in a pinch with our heater out and needed them sooner rather than later. They got me on the calendar very quickly. Thanks to Eric H and his partner for doing such quick and thorough work. They cleaned up after they were done and heater is back online.
Eric & Thomas were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They fixed my heater in a very timely manner. I was able to get same day service at an affordable price. I will definitely refer Rowland Air to my family & friends.
Very happy with the service. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating and professional. Considering that I live in a townhouse where the attic access is in my neighbor’s unit and could be accessed only at a certain time, they were able to work with it and did a great job. And I love the new air condition and heating unit that was installed- it heats/cools the place fast.
