21We ordered food from the above location this evening. Your intermediary online delivery service Door Dash (that is thru Rubios, so we could not contact) did not deliver the entire order for my family. We have been fully charged for a meal we did not receive. We attempted to reach out to your Grossmont store to find out where the second bag of our food went and your team failed to answer our call after 11 continuous attempts. This has truly been an awful experience. We have been San Diego residents close to 30 years and Rubio's has always been a great go to place to eat. I will longer be eating or ordering from you establishment. At the minimum, I expect a prompt response to have you refund me in full for my order you did not deliver this evening. If I could give you -10 stars for this horrible experience. I would.
