. If you like pay $5000 for rent to be woken up by fire alarms multiple times a month this is the place for you. Read multiple different reviewers complaining of similar issues. Fire alarm goes off at all hours of the night and during the day.the nearby shopping center schedules many fire alarm testing which you can hear from your apartment.the apartment complex will also test the fire alarm for 4 hour STRAIGHT. While maintenance enters each individual apartment to make sure you can hear it. (As if the alarm couldn’t be heard from the streets it’s so loud). Management is useless regarding these issues and has failed to provide any solutions over the years. Don’t rent here.

Now the bad
1) The fire alarms go off ALL THE TIME in the middle of the night and during the day. It’s extremely disruptive and wakes you up. So far, have not been made aware of any changes to fix this.
2) Packages are not secure. It’s 2021! An apartment of this price should have a secure mail room and enough Parcel Pending lockers to handle the amount of packages. Packages frequently do not end up in a locker and are left on the floor by the entrance where everyone walks past. Many lost and stolen packages.
3) The leasing office and maintenance are difficult to reach by phone.
4) Lots of bugs in the apartment. The apartment is open to the outside. As in the hallway is outside almost like a motel. The front door is not well sealed leaving lots of space for bugs to crawl inside.
