Great care and service at this location. Super high integrity as well. Rudy Ramirez was excellent from the moment I arrived to drop my car for some routine recall updates. His service was bar none. He even helped my try and locate some keys I thought I had left in my loaner. Turns out I had them all along! This kind of service cultivates loyalty and I’ll keep coming back.

The service and staff are simply amazing. I felt important and the video of my 20,000 mile check up was so helpful and made me feel like I was there. Seeing everything they check is extremely important to me. Anthony Ramirez is my guy there and he is the kindest, most thoughtful and amazing guy in service.

I just bought the most beautiful Audi and I am very happy with this car and the deal I got. Audi are making great vehicles and this dealership knows it by letting them sell themselves. Ivan was a very proffessional and patient salesman and just let us take our time, and try as many cars as we liked. He was very personable and honest and excited to show you all the features on these cars. No pressure just like taking a friend along to buy a car. Nice new building. Everything was clean and in compliance COVID-19 requirements. I felt very comfortable. The technician who helped me was very helpful and I could tell he knew what he was doing. I was very satisfied with the service and my Audi is riding

Returned my leased vehicle at end of lease. Had to send documents to show I had returned it! I shouldn't have to prove I returned the vehicle. Rusnak failed to notify audi financial.

Vince and Ian are the best. Always looking out for their customers. This place rocks as their is free coffee/espresso machines. They provide Porto's pastries and water. Service waiting area is clean and plenty of area to work if you want to do mobile work while you wait.

The only only thing I would change is their old antiquated bathrooms. Other than that the service and quality are outstanding. Thank you for doing a superb job always.

I just purchased my first Audi and my Rusnak person Yalonda Carlson was fabulous. Knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy and let me take the time to be comfortable with my decisions. If you are looking for an Audi I highly recommend her. It was a great experience.

This is a COMPLETE dealership, where the entire staff makes you feel "special. " Let's be honest, you need to spend money to maintain your vehicle. But at RUSNAK, you're greeted as an individual. I've been have my AUDI serviced here for awhile, and there Service Advisor made me so confident in the dealership, I bought a new (2018) Audi, and KEPT THE OLDER ONE.

It's been a few times I take my audi for service and other things and they never disappoint. They always attend me quick and I'm in & out in a few minutes, even with a loaner. I'll keep coming back and recommend
