Rusnak/Pasadena Audi

My first time visiting Rusnak/Pasadena Audi to perform the yearly service on my RS5. My service advisor, Ian, was very friendly and helpful in explaining the details of the service. Although I didn’t have an appointment on this day, Monday, the car was ready within a few hours. This was the last service of the Audi Care, Ian suggested I look into purchasing another Audi Care package for subsequent services, which I will do next time the car is in for service.

Audi service department was excellent in accommodating my service needs. They were very quick to complete the service and they provide delicious treats and coffee too while the service takes place. Kirk Wallace was very clear and thorough with reviewing car service needs and recommendations. Although the services department ran out of loaner cars, they were able to provide one through enterprise.

How does this place have 5 stars, maybe that is what the sales guys were doing, rating themselves when i went in because i got nobody approaching me when i was there for over 15 minutes on the sales floor. I guess they think their cars sell themselves. Good luck!

Anthony my advisor was super helpful and efficient and met all my expectations of high-quality service. In my opinion he deserves a raise. He made the process painless and quick and I would definitely recommend him to Friends and family.

Also I’d like to take a minute to appreciate Michael one of the service associates who went the extra mile to provide excellent customer service and I really appreciated it. Thank you Audi service you guys did an excellent job keep up the great work!

I visited Rusnak multiple times and Allen S.was helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me always. He and the rest of the Audi team took care off me like family. Their team was willing enough to stay after business hours since I came later in the evening to finalize the deal/paperwork. I felt a sense of care and urgency from them now and will have that same sense in the future.
