Very helpful sales rep. Inventory is low because they are sold out of most of the affordable models.

The parts department is not always open. I made special trip there and they were closed. I should of just gone to Allied.

Bought brand new trailer after a one time camping trip about only 30 miles away from my house. I notice there was little play on the wheel, took it in the dealership and has been there for almost a month. Jayco is needing pictures for the trailer, called them for a update and they said “the technician is too busy to take pictures”. Really frustrated with them, I have been patient but to tell me that they are too busy to take pictures is ridiculous. I have already cancelled two camping trips. They were good when they are selling to you but after you purchase the customer service is horrible.

Well, they have quite a selection of units from tent trailers to big fifth wheels and even some motorhomes. However, I was looking for a cab over camper and they don't handle them.

Possibly the greatest customer service I've ever experienced. Dave went out of his way, after-hours (we unknowingly arrived late), and showed us several models after inquiring with us on our interest level and need. His knowledge of his products was very impressive and only outshined by his superior professionalism. Although our initial interest in RVs was mere fancy, Dave gave us enough information to quickly narrow down our needed-vs-desired range of options and solidify our decision to pursue a purchase.
Dave has my HIGHEST recommendations for anyone even mildly interested in purchasing an RV or 5th Wheel. Much more than a great salesperson - it's obvious he loves what he does and truly cares about finding the best solution for everyone's needs.

They should actually be no stars. Negative if I could. Bought the trailer a month ago and took it to one camping trip 30 miles away. Noticed something a bit off on the wheel, took it in to be serviced. I waited patiently for 2 weeks with no update, no call, nothing.so I made a call to them. They told me they never even looked at it, because they have hit record on sales for the month, and wasn’t able to service anything cause they’re too busy with selling RV’s and trailer. They said they will do it that week. Called a week later.stillllll nothing.finally called me back after a few days, and they said they need to contact jayco for the warranty to see how they want to fix it.another few days go by, I called rv of sac again, they said jayco wanted pictures measurements of the axle and wheels.they told me they will get pictures that day so they can send it back to jayco. (that was a Thursday). I called them on Monday, the technician didn’t take any photos yet, will do that day. Called again on Tuesday, technician isn’t in today. They have only one technician and may be too busy to snap a photo. Like seriously guys. If the photo was taken, there would be a response back to proceed with fixing it. Service is awful, everything is a damn joke! Awful and frustrating!

So disappointed in this place. Customer service here seriously needs some work. They don't call you back when they say they will, you have to do all the work for your loan apparently, and they arent very friendly if you cant afford their high monthly payments.if you are looking for a place who appreciates their customers and wants to help them get an RV, keep looking.

A year ago, this place would have gotten, maybe 1 star. But new service manager who is on top of it makes all the difference! Well done!

We have been very pleased with their sales and service departments. Great group of employees. They worked with us, kept us informed if there was any problems. Will definitely recommend them.

Love my trailer! The only concern I had was at the beginning there were too many people involved in the sale. Became confusing for me. At the end it all worked out. Thank you Cliff, Ralph, Jose Bill, Norma and the service guys

I dropped my RV off for service. The staff was very nice and even stayed open an extra 30 min for me. Dawn was so sweet and took very good care of us. I def recommend this place for service.

This establishment is the epitomy of professionalism and quality service. Being full time RVers and in need of immediate assistance, we were provided with quality workmanship to repair our rig. Dave and JR were excellent technicians that displayed keen knowledge and experience to repair our Jayco Seneca. Norma & Dawn also displayed impeccable customer service and very helpful from start to finish.

The guys at RV of Sacramento were great and so easy to deal with! We walked in and they treated us very nice and let us walk around and do our own thing without being pressured. The sale was fast and easy and they got us the numbers that we wanted. All around I would recommend them to everyone. Absolutely the worst. Lazy mechanic, don't honor warranty work, long list of complaints filed against them. Basically a trailer seller and that's it.

Before purchase, we visited a few times to narrow our choice. Jose was very accommodating and hooked up power so we could operate slide outs. He followed up our visit with touching-base calls. When he couldn't be on-site for our last visit, he made arrangements for us to work with Reggie, the GM. No pressure to rush, forthright answers. A pleasure to work with.

It was a great experience. I am so happy with all the choices and help that Ralph and Stephan offered. They really made buying an RV easy and fun. They are very knowledgeable and do not pressure you in any way. Buying an RV is a big decision and something everyone should do. But finding the right place and people made all the difference. Jayco is the way to go!

I purchased a 17 foot jayco trailer from sales people to the techs just all-round A-1 service couldn't be happier. If you looking for rv or trailor I strongly suggest making it one of your stops to shop.

We just took delivery of our beautiful 5th wheel from RVs of Sacramento and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We previously had a Jayco as a starter trailer and bought it for $4,700 used it about 20 times over 3 years and sold it for what we paid for it. This made us firm Believers in the Jayco line.

We have visited this dealership over 7 times in the last 3 years of researching for our next purchase. We were always treated with patience and professionalism. We knew that it was finally time to buy we would not buy anywhere else!
