If I could give no stars, I would. This dealership is completely unprofessional and we would never recommend dealing with them. They are all about the sale and doing everything they can to make the sale happen. Unfortunately, after the sale, it is a completely different story. They did not process our deal until 12 days later, leaving the payoff on our original trailer outstanding and past our payment due date (not good for my credit). I have also waited almost 3 months for my license plates and a refund on an extended warranty. Both Reggie and Bill have given me nothing but the run around, will not provide owners name and number (they don’t think he needs to know about these issues) and have lied to me on multiple occasions now. I finally reached the point of utter frustration today and these guys don’t want to hear it and feel I am in the wrong. Considering I now can’t use our brand new trailer because our temporary tag has expired and am still waiting for a refund I was told would take no more than 8 weeks.now almost 12 weeks later, I have no answers. Worst dealership and service ever, feels like a bunch of scam artists are running the place. Stay far away!

We had a great experience with Rv'of Sacramento. We were greeted promptly, and shown the R v we wanted to see. Then we were taken to Rv's that were actually in our price range. We went through the easy paperwork process and getting the equipment we needed for pulling a trailer installed. We are going on our first trip very soon. I cant wait. Thank you Rv's of America
