Sergio Mora one of the worst finance. Bad attitude and bad service. That’s how Rydell welcomes a customer. Be careful with this guy.

After our horrible experience with Hector from Dependable Dodge in Canoga Park, I was not expecting much from Rydell Dodge. From the moment we drove into the Rydell Chrysler Dodge shop we were treated with great customer service by Darlene. She was organized, professional and very available to any questions we had. She checked us in and was our contact throughout the entire process. We ended up needing major work done to our Ram truck which only took three days compared to a week and half we were told by Dependable Dodge before they would even look under the hood. The cost for an oil change and brakes were cheaper than we were quoted by Dependable Dodge. The major work that was done was almost half of what we were quoted by two other places. So, All in All our experience with Rydell Chrysler Dodge was exceptional and we will definitely return for all our maintenance needs.

I’m very pleased with FEDERICK LOPEZ JR, very professional guy with his customer service role, He goes his way to help you. He has help me multiple times, thanks to his work performance my question always get answers and my vehicle leaves happy like me hahaha.

The staff Saul and Daniel were very professional and made sure we understood all features and explained the benefits of our new truck. It was delivered to our home and was in excellent condition. Thank You for all of your support.

Sevice for my diesel jeep isnt overpriced and they do it within 10-15 mins! And the guys that work in the express lane department are helpful and nice.

Got my Jeep Grand Cherokee here last weekend and my sales guy was RAMIN the best experience ever he was very knowledgeable, attentive and even helped me find insurance super sweet gentleman. I’m glad he actually greeted me at the door on my way in.

Typical car dealership nothing really special, Only been there once and everything seems to be OK except the usual pushy service people trying to sell you things you don't need.

Took my jeep Cherokee with a 100,000 mile warranty in because it was over heating (got it 3 months ago with 35,000 miles) they "Robert" said it was the heater hose "his words" & told me the warranty doesnt cover that, ok understandable, he said it would be $465 but might be other problems as well and would need to keep the car a couple of days! Long story short told "Robert" (real name) dont touch my car i will take it elsewhere! I took it elsewhere $120 end of story eff Rydell!

If your willing to waste half a day to have not one person look at your car. Come on in. Buying a car with missing parts. Come on in. Looking to have those parts ordered through us. Good luck having us do full orders. We only do partials. 3 cars i bought within a month apart and little by little you start finding all the stuff that was supposed to be in your car and wasnt.

They claim customer service it important to them. I am in the customer service field and after two times talking with Service Manager Rick I know that is not the case. It seemed to be quite alright until after I bought the car from them. Since then Rick has blatantly stated he would not inspect a sound coming from my vehicle at the time it was still under warranty. And today his uncaring demeanor was quite evident.

I accidentally rated this place two stars thanks to my sloppy fingers. But after services at this location I am happy with the pricing and customer service provided by rydell.

Horrible they are crooks.its independently owned.so there is no corporate office.just a bunch of wanna be managers that are just out to steal your money.

Not Thankful For Marine’s Service!

My son is a Marine stationed in San Diego. His father and I are so proud of his service that we are helping him buy a car- which is a challenge as we are in PA. He paid a friend to take him to Rydell yesterday to look at a car. We sent the loan pre-approval letter this morning along with the insurance paperwork. We called at 1: 00 and were told we had to fill out the on-line application, which we did right away. We were told we had to wait for our sales person to return tomorrow. We explained that we had to process the loan today to ensure our son could pick up the car on Saturday. We were then told (after 3 additional hours) that the car was sold- Despite the fact that most of the paperwork being sent before the dealer opened! Despite 3 calls this afternoon. I guess Rydell is not truly thankful for my son’s service.

Our sales rep. Nihad Waary was amazing! He answered all of our questions and his customer service skills are amazing! Definitely, recommend Rydell Chrysler and I most definitely recommend Nihad.
