SAVE YOUR MONEY GO TO an Aunthentic DODGE DEALERSHIP that will help you and care for your vehicle just as you do, otherwise you will be SOL (sh** outa luck) when you approach this dealership with a malfunction

Three days to diagnose a vehicle and then to change a battery totally unacceptable for a place that you even bought the car from they should be ashamed of themselves and then the service manager wouldn't even speak with us and seem to Dart out the back door when my wife went to pick the car up unacceptable

The worst place if you deal with Rick Guzman, this guy is like a snake he is telling lies in your face, so please don't believe anything he says is a B. S.there is another guy I know his names is Victor I think is last name Sandoval another piece of S, there is few nice people like freddy, Eddie, and one of the mechanics Danny I think all this is in service department if you do any repairs and something is wrong claim your money right away because Rick Guzman gonna try to ripped off with lies do not believe anything from this guy, sales people are ok but I been searching for prices and I think Huntington Beach have better prices than rydell

So I initially wrote a good review about Bautista the sales guy but these guys really are crooks. From the moment they falsely advertised my vehicle online to present day doing what they can to stall my refund. Maybe they think I’ll just give up and let them keep my money? To EVERYONE buying a car: If you purchase GAP insurance or an Extended Service Warranty, and you decide you want to cancel or you trade in your car you are entitled by law to the remaining prorated balance of those to be refunded to you. Sergio Mora in finance has had my information to process my refund (I did go in person but he tried to give me the run around then also) and was supposed to process it the next day, well it’s been almost a week and a half and nothing, I’ve been calling and leaving messages with no response nor does he ever answer the phone. Do not do business with this dealer, go to another Dodge dealer.

Came here with Dad to finance a 2017 RAM pickup. Nice facilities and our salesman Micha was great. Helped us get what we were looking for. Will update of necessary.
