Safeway, San Jose CA

Nothing bad about this Safeway, just found that the selection/variety here is lacking compared to other Safeway locations.

A well stocked store, they carrie a lot of high end items, probably the area this safeway is located, a lot of great stores in this shopping center, and good fast food resteraunts as well,

Small aisles but conveniently close to home. Has great employees! Always makes your day better after a long day. Sanitized carts and clean areas. Safeway always has the deals too. Great selection for meat too. Never seen a tomahawk steak here before but there it be. Come get it! Just took that pic today 4/9

Good selection and decent price but the delivery has problems measuring quantities when I ask for fractions of a product.

The Starbucks Store customer services are not well

Yesterday I bought a bouquet of balloons a little pricey but I purchased them anyway, this was the second time I purchased balloons, I only live 5 minutes away by the time I got them to my place they started to deflate, within 3 hours they were no longer up! I told myself there was a reason I don’t like to buy balloons from Safeway, this is the second and last time, the first time I had to go back and show you that they deflated not more than 30 minutes! This time I was not going back Very unsatisfied customer.

"Switch and Bate" advertising! I went 3 times to Safeway to get my Peakanwood bacon as advertised.spend a lot of time on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, Tuesday was the last day of the deal! They NEVER had it and NO rainchecks.so what's up?

Good selection of Cheese and Frozen Veg, Ice creams are always on Sale (next to cashiers), Be ready to wait for 10 minutes because they normally have minimum check outs open

Meh, it's a grocery store. Shelves pretty well stocked. Make sure to get a Club Card so you get steep discounts. Staff is hit or miss on friendliness.

Most of the items out of stock.cashiers always not available except one or two max.no self-out check.the area needs really big/ better one

This is for the Starbucks at this place. This is second time having paid more for coffee and tasting bad and warm.

I really like this Safeway, not only for the convenient location, but also for the cleanliness and quality of produce. The staff are friendly and helpful. I love the floral section and the flowers always have a fair price. The parking is plenty. The one thing I do not like is that there are never enough checkout stands open. The wait is excruciating. Every time I give up going to this store it has been because of the waiting period- I vow not to come back and only do because I forget!

I have been shopping here 35 years for the size of the store and local pressure they are doing great! Large selection being competitive in ever changing community!

Nice big clean store with all the selection you would expect. Parking lot seems to always be full due to the apartments not having enough. Gas is great to have so close and the price is usually competitive with Costco gas down the street. I still prefer Nob Hill but this is slightly closer. Prices can seem high for certain items.

Nice store that has all your basic household needed items. Food stuffs, toothpaste, hot meals, etc. Parking was not to hard and my wait in the check out line was not long at all. It is a big store so you will probaly find what you are looking for and the workers were kind and willing to answer my questions. I'll go back here based on my experience so far.

25 minutes waiting to checkout in the 15 item line. There is another Safeway a few miles away, and it is sometimes faster to drive to it.

I love shopping at safeway.its a comfort store for purchasing groceries. I picked up about three meals worth of food, to get thru Christmas. Found everything i wanted except a crock pot slow cooker liquid pak. Two employes told me where they were located, but could not locate, at all. They should have walked me over to the item, so I could have it placed in my hand.just sayin, makes a dif.

Clean, super friendly and helpful staff, and good parking options. The guys in the seafood area will gladly help you find anything you're looking for, and answer any questions about their products.

Very much what you would expect from every Safeway - good products and extremely friendly people.
