Salon Ink, San Diego CA

I've been coming to Salon Ink for about 5 years now. I've had the pleasure of working with a handful of the amazing stylists and always left feeling like I got the cut/style/color that I was looking for. Rodrigo is my main man these days. He's incredibly talented with color, cuts, and everything in between. Love them all!

Just moved to the area and have been to Salon Ink twice. I have crazy curly long hair and they set me up with a stylist that was a curl expert. Isiah is awesome! My cut and color were perfect and when I opted to charge up my color on the second visit, he did gorgeous work and it came out better than I imagined. I love the spa like atmosphere and the entire staff has always been friendly and inviting.

I look forward to every visit to Salon Ink for a relaxing, enjoyable experience. I am always welcomed with a beer, wine or mimosa, Blanca always gives me a great cut, and a scalp, neck massage makes me feel amazing. No better place.

This is the first salon I have gone to in San Diego that I returned to. I have tried a bunch of other places and they just didn't know how to cut my curly hair. But my stylist, Gigi is awesome. She always has great recommendations and does fantastic cuts and colors. I definitely recommend this place!

Salon Ink has always provided excellent service. Jessica is the only person who I will allow to cut my hair! Her choices for color are always right on. Everyone else in the salon is helpful, respectful, and professional.

Isaiah is freaken amazing! He did my balayage so well, I cannot wait to come back for my second session. My hair looks so pretty and still feels so healthy. Thank you so much!

GiGi was awesome! I went in for a hair trim to cut off all my split ends and she gave me the perfect length cut.

I was really pleased with the service I got here! I basically got a trim, head massage, tea and an amazing styling job for $40. Shoutout to Megan! This made my day.

They are all great professionals, parking on weekend can be a bit challanging, so arrive early. Salon is very clean and entire staff are very friendly. Gigi is my colorist/stylist and I just love her way and work.

Excellent service with Jessica. She colored my hair a brilliant copper red and blow dried and curled it at the end. It looks spectacular and I even got a conditioner with dye pigments to use when it starts fading. I love this place and will surely return!

Warm and friendly staff. My Stylist, Apri is the best. Always pays attention to detail, strives for a most positive experience. Always gives a great cut.

I did not get the normal head massage they always give when they wash your hair, plus my hair stylist was so anti-social and not very nice AT ALL! I've been going here awhile and this was not a great visit this time around. Too bad.

I love, love, love Salon Ink! I was lucky to be referred by a friend when I first moved to San Diego a year and a half ago. Rodrigo is amazing! He's so friendly and personable and ALWAYS give me a cut I love! It's such a great teamwork environment, too. The staff feels like a family that works hard and plays hard.

Salon Ink was a great experience! Upon entering and checking in, I was asked what I wanted to drink, from an extensive drink menu. I had Jess as my hair stylist and went in for a hair cut. She was professional but personable at the same time! I love my hair cut and will be going back.

They were incredibly friendly! The atmosphere in the salon is really calming and refreshing. They offered me, my husband and daughter a refreshing drink right when we got in:) Can't wait to go back to have my hair done!

AMAZING! Blanca was exceptional. She listened to exactly what I wanted and she was super friendly which made conversation very easy. The head/neck massage during the shampoo/conditioner and the complimentary beverage sent the experience over the top. Also, the price is very reasonable for just a haircut, especially for the San Diego area. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
