Sam's Club, La Habra CA

Love this Sam's Club, most of the time have everything I need, not too crowded. I love using Scan & Go To make my purchases, makes everything fast and smooth to checkout.

Very busy here on the weekend of 4th of July lock your cars and be vigente its busy and people are rude to the max while there shopping

Great experience. Such great customer service at the self checkout. Employee was so friendly with my toddlers and so helpful while I was scanning my items

Average i wish thier meats were more affordable, shopping for funeral guest so very dad occasion

An entrance woman stop me to entering Sams at 9: 38 am saying only for the premium members. Rolling her eyes with a bad attitude. Its about time not to renewal Sams membership.

Always a good time with scan and go. I'm in a rush, I don't have to wait for chatty cashiers/customers. I'm in, don't my item, scan, get OUT!

I love how it is not nearly as crowded as it is in Costco, so it makes checkout and returns much less stressful and time-consuming. Costco is so busy even during the weekdays that I wonder whether or not people work for a living. Sam's gas is the cheapest I can find and the lines are again not that long; the costco lines often take up a portion of the parking lot.

The big con with Sam's compared with Costco would be the selection of items. There are some duds at Costco (some clothing), but generally the quality at Costco surpasses Sam's. For example, I have never seen fresh seafood at Sam's, but Costco carries fresh salmon, shrimp, and Alaskan king crab legs and some decent items at Sam's (like their pineapple juice), are always discontinued

I have been here for a while. Today Oct 13,2019 I came to pick up 2 games after self service check out, i waited for a long time and they ran out one game, got the refund. At first, staff was not friendly at all. Much worse than costco services

9/1/19 = most of representatives are not smiling i give 4 star in 2018, today is 3 star.
2018 = the bad thing costumer service desk take long time to take care of it.

The Sam's Club has a great selection of goods, including but not limited to: grocery, medicine, and supplies. I do also enjoy the free samples offered on select days.

Tire center repaired my tire after it had a screw in it. There was no charge for it and it was quick service

Sam's a wealth of good buys. You can get great produce, meats, bakery goods, etc plus good service all around the store.

This is my favorite Sam's Club. I've had a membership over 20 years! Can't recommend it enough. Great prices, and plenty of choices.

My husband and I are very busy so we order on line and pick up our items. This service is supposed to be quick. The last couple times have been horrible! We have had items missing! Today our order said it was ready my husband went in and had to wait 50 min! Then had to wait because it was wrong! This system is not working!

I highly recommend the plus membership. The early hours from 7am-9am on Saturdays make the extra cost worth it. It’s awesome to be able to shop with only a handful of other shoppers.
Also download their Scan & Go app, scan items as you place in shopping cart, then checkout through their app. No more waiting in line at the checkout stands. App also keeps a running total, very handy feature when trying to stay on a budget.

The gas station does not serve diesel. The other two Sam's Clubs that I go to both serve diesel. The self-serve checkouts in the store I think they have four two or three of them were not working correctly. And once again people should take an IQ test before they're allowed to use the self-checkout

Love everything about the store. Popular items good good like there. Clothes love the food cart

Had to wait 28 minutes standing up fo a handicap shopping cart i believe the manager and the door greater could have been more helpful 7/11/18

Favorite place to shop buy in bulk and you don't need to come back for a while. Gonna pick up a 65" TV
