Sam's Club, La Habra CA

Actually, new Plus member. I love the great selection, bulk products and smaller amounts. The staff was super friendly. I’m looking forward to the free delivery service.

Not crowded and great selection and prices. Hotdog combo can't be beat and they have Coca Cola products.

Good tire prices but horrible, lazy tire department employees. Mouth breathers will tell you to make a appointment even if their are no vehicles in the service bays. There is culture of laziness here.

Sam's club is just Wal-Mart trying to copy Costco, but horribly failing. That's why they been closing down some Sam's club's in the area. Anyways here are some photos of this specific Sam's. Enjoy!

I wish the lot boys would pay more attention on the motorized scooters that the older handicapped people use they cost a lot more to replace than the baskets the other baskets and that took knee should be their priority not because I'm handicapped because of the expense for Sam's and people like me will have less to use and have to wait longer when they run out

Normally I love Sam's club. But yesterday I went in and I didn't realize my membership had expired till I went to check out. (After a hour or so of shopping) With it being the holidays I didn't have a extra 100 bucks to renew right then. So I asked if I could just the stuff I wanted to purchase and I would renew my membership next week. They told me NO! If I wasn't a member I couldn't shop there. I've been a member for 2 years. And they said NO. I was so upset I wasted my morning. And I still needed to shop. Seriously don't think I will renew my membership now after being treated so badly! I'm still upset!

Usually a good shopping experience but it seems lately the stuff im interested in, is not priced, their missing potential sales. Management is slipping.

Great place I love going there I exspecially love the bakery I always get cakes from there and I honestly have no complaints about the place

It was not a good experience at all, when I reached to payment counter, cashier offered me $30 discount if I get their master credit card, I accepted offer and asked to give me master credit card, but they took couple of hours and didn't give me any card. After that I paid them from my existing credit card. When I reached to Sam's club gas station it didn't accept my membership card, from which card I purchased items for $ 196.32 just 5 minutes before from Sam's club.

Worst experience ever since 1991 at the La Habra Sam's Club. The employee provided poor and unprofessional customer service, I don't have her name because she wasn't wearing a badge and refused to give her name. I asked to speak with a manager and she replied he's not available you need to come back tomorrow.

Thank you for holding onto my car for three hours only to tell me you couldn't replace my tires today! I really appreciate it.

Food court ladies were rude, i stopped by because we were in the area and i will make sure to never return. I'll stay with chino hills they are way more professional
