The company has stolen $800 dollars of mine. I had purchased an EVO Drone which was supposed to be new. When I arrived home I find out that the drone was missing a cable and had a Sandisk Micro SD card inserted in the drone. I then had technical issues and the drone in mid air plummets to the ground and gets damaged. I then call Samy’s which is 45+ min away from my house and then I tell them my issue with the drone and they tell me to head on over. After driving for nearly an hour Juan then claims that it had never been refunded or used. And I claim the issue again he says they can’t do anything and it doesn’t matter. So they have stolen my $800 made me drive basically for 2 hours just to tell me to my face something they could have easily said over the phone. I will either be taking legal issues since their employees are abusing their power (which who I now assume used the drone) or contact Autel Robotics and speak to their representatives and file my claim to them. Either way this has to be the worst experience anyone has to experience and it happened to me. Don’t shop their. Their employees probably used your equipment for fun.

Place is very organized and has plenty of staff to help others out. Friendly atmosphere all around. I was only trying to replace my lens caps, but the clerk was very nice and offered to clean my lens as well. Very helpful with questions and willing to help amateur photographers start out. Classes are also available here.
