25I am no longer a customer because I moved away from the area, but I enjoyed every ride with Santa Barbara Airbus. The drivers are very safe, extremely customer oriented, and professional. The office staff are equally excellent, incredibly kind, and always a pleasure to do business with. I would go out of my way to ride with Santa Barbara Airbus anytime.
Great service they get you trough the car problem of LA. Greyhound might be good for this too but the Greyhound stop in LA is far far away from the airbort so for getting there take the Airbus.
I've used SB airbus several times; mostly they are good. Drivers are professional and they always leave on time, from my experience. The front desk staff are fantastic. The arrival times to the airport can vary wildly depending on traffic; i.e, you can't rely on the arrival times posted, especially in rush hour. The only downfalls I've experienced are that the bus can be hot, and that the advertised wifi is spotty and often does not work.
They are awesome. I never drive to LAX anymore. You don't need a ticket ahead of time, but it is $6 cheaper if you buy one at least 24 hours before. If your plane is delayed or anything unexpected happens, just give them a call. They are very accommodating and in my experience, they'll let you use your ticket at any later time.
Great and professional service. Make sure you give yourself a bit extra time to get to the airport around holidays, though.
