Have been here for a few months. We lived here once before and we’re very happy to come back. The office staff are very pleasant and professional and maintenance Is prompt and very knowledgeable. Great place to live.

Management is horrible, maintenance issues are never taken care of on time. There's a hornet/wasp nest that has been right outside our entry door for a few days, we've put in a request but management has not taken care of it at all. They argued with us that the issue was resolved but the nest is still there. They made us put in another request and told us we would just have to deal with it for another week until pest control comes again. Now we have to be scared about being stung every time we walk out our front door. They aren't even worried about any of us being allergic. This is just one example of how management could care less about the well being of their residents. I need to find a way to talk to corporate.

Been living at Santa Rosa Apt Homes for 2 yrs now. Quite home living, pet friendly and neighbors are friendly. Josh and Lilani are very professional and on top of the things. Maintenance is always on their job and orders are taken care of right away.
Landscaping is maintain beautifully and always groomed and green.
I have been happy here so far and look forward to another year.

By far the most heartless complex we have ever resided in. Amber was the most unpleasant and unprofessional human being I’ve come in contact with and that says a lot. Save yourself the time and don’t even consider this place.

Might I add that we have lived here over 2 years.

On, 06/05/2019, I signed my lease. I am 100% satisfied for several reasons. I have an affordable, 1109 square foot two bedroom town home style apartment. For the price I would pay for a one bedroom apartment in Riverside County. I have a attached one car garage at no additional cost.the garage is free. I have two vehicles, one vehicle parked in my attached garage. My second vehicle I have a a parking decal, inside a secured locked gate. Prior, to renting at Santa Rosa Apartments I was advised by other apartment managers my second vehicle had to be parked on the street. If I wanted a garage there would be a additional cost of $150 per month. Santa Rosa Apartments look brand new, As if the apartments where built a few months ago. The building is beautiful the complex is kept immaculately spotless clean. On, 06/04/19, at 4: 30pm I came late to the rental office. Leilani the Leasing Agent greeted me professionally, regardless of the time Leilani showed me an available town home style apartment. Leiani and Briana the Community Manager made my approval process extremely easy. I felt zero pressure. Every where else I went to look for a apartment in Riverside County, I was adamantly advised a tangible paper pay stubs to lease was mandatory. Every other apartment complex I visited refused to accept my bank statements proving my income which is directly deposited every two weeks into my bank account. Leilani and Briana accepted my bank statements proving my income this was a relief. Getting approved at Santa Rosa Apartments, was quick hassle and stress free. I came 30 minutes before closing. I was approved the next morning by 9 am.it actually took less than one hour to get approved. I have visited over 20 apartment complexes Santa Rosa is the best deal. Its a beautiful quiet, safe neighborhood, brand new building, affordable town home style apartment with a free garage. The deposit to lease was extremely low. There are grocery stores and shopping centers conveniently located within walking distance. I love it here I could not bet this excellent deal any where else in Riverside County.

Do not move here the management is a joke here starting with Brianna the manager and the assistant manager Amber or whatever her name is another joke the leasing agent to the old lady Lelony she is a rude old lady the only agent that is helpful and polite is the only guy working there. There's a problem with cars being broken into at night there's hobos that come and use the pool restrooms so they can shower and shoot up their drugs I found drug perfinilia in the restroom before I didn't bother taking it to the office or telling the office because management is a joke here. Also the bums sleep in the pool areas often it's scary at night you see bums up to no good snooping around looking for something to steal. Parking is a nightmare every year they come up with stupid rules.
The trash bins are always full you can't even throw your trash away it's rediculis. I am out of here as soon as my lease is up. Another thing this place had a rating of 2.4 and in a matter of a few months or so there was a bunch of 5 star reviews and for some odd reason they all mentioned Brianna the manager lmao i think she did all those fake reviews so anyway don't move here just find another place because you will regret it.

We've been living at Santa Rosa for almost 10 years. The community ambiance is great, especially for families with kids. The maintenance staff is very helpful and responsive to any issues with the unit. Management is also helpful and the complex is pet friendly.

We've lived here for 6 months and we just love it for so many reasons. For the price you get a really nice place; we've looked at and lived in a lot of apartments and Santa Rosa has got it all! Ours is a 2bd/2bth has nice fixtures, spacious rooms, W/D in unit, attached garage, a private little patio, carpet in bdrms wood-looking flooring everywhere else, 3 ceiling fans, pet friendly, right off the freeway, walking distance to shopping/restaurants and the community areas are great and we'll maintained (multiple pools/jacuzzis, 24hr fitness center that's always got a treadmill open when I go in the evenings) And we just love the office staff: Josh and Leilani. Leilani in particluar has been our girl from day one when we were working out our move from Washington state over the phone. What I love so much about her is that she always makes me feel like she has my best interest at heart and will spend the time to help me understand things or get me the help I need.

I've lived here for just about three years and love it. The grounds are always well kept and clean, the units are spacious and homey feeling. Having an attached garage is amazing, and perhaps best of all is the staff here. They're all great, but I regularly converse with Briana in the leasing office, who also happens to be the manager. She is always very professional and friendly, and makes herself available to the residents for any issues. Overall, they're all always friendly and willing to just chat with the residents. Great experience living here.

I have lived at Santa Rosa a year and a half and have to say, it’s clean, safe, and a nice place to live. The office staff are professional and friendly. The maintenance staff get any repairs handled promptly and the parking is good now after a much needed parking policy change. Being located close to the 15 and 215 is great for commuting as well.

Santa Rosa is a beautiful apartment cpmplex. The grounds are always clean and maintenance is quick and efficient with service requests. The leasing office is kind and friendly whenever I come into the office. The staff member that stands out the most is the Community Manager Briana. She is sweet and helpful, especially because I have a lot of questions or I need help with the computer or even using my phone. She is patient and her door is always open for any resident to come in and speak with her. Her smile is contagious and all her employees are simply the best because she leads by example.

We Love Living at Santa Rosa! It is quiet, beautifully maintained, secure, clean, lovely layouts, and plenty of parking! We have lived here for over a year and our experience has been fantastic. Far better than we had expected from apartment living. But what has truly stood out to us is the management and maintenance team. They are ON IT! Always helpful and professional, whether we have a question or maintenance need, their systems are easy and timely. We had checked out other complexes prior to finding SR and were so depressed after seeing what was available. There has not been a single regret in our choice to move here and until the time comes when we move on, we are delighted to call this home.

I lived in Santa Rosa for more than 4 years and I love it. The management team is great. The maintenance team was always on time. The complex is clean and safe. The complex has improved a lot since I moved in. The new management team is doing an amazing job. Leilani was always professional and courteously.

Santa Rosa is a great place to live.

My wife and I lived there for 2 years. We had a great experience. No major issues to speak. The maintenance was always responsive if we needed something fixed. We had a pool view so we always felt like we were in a resort. There’s a lot of amenities but I feel they could use a small park. Others then that they had two pools, multiple fire pits, workout room, office, etc.the staff was nice! Briana and Amber are the managers and Josh was especially nice (he was my favorite, just don’t tell Briana, lol).

Marcos did a great job and fixed everything in a very timely manner and very professional about his work.

Leilani went above and beyond to make our cross-country move here seamless. The apartment is in almost perfect condition and the community feels safe and quiet. Lots of little kids playing outside in the afternoon. So relieved we stumbled upon this place. After a week of touring apartments in the general vicinity it was by far the best.

I have lived here going on 4 years now and of course with every apartments there are changes. I know for a fact this apartment complex is the best around for the price, quality, service and atmosphere.
The staff and maintenance are pretty timely and get stuff done. As with all apartments, check the fine print on your lease to make sure you are accommodated correctly.
As for the strictness. Parking, Dog Poo, Cigarette Butts cleanliness are enforced greatly because wouldn’t you like to live in a place that shows It cares.

We've been renting here for almost two months and absolutely love it.

The dedicated maintenance staff has been very responsive and friendly. The leasing office is the same. Like other reviewers we feel the walls are thick and haven't heard any noise from other units. Haven't seen a single pest. Lots of pets here which we love as we have a dog, too.

I wish the entry gate would be more responsive to the clicker but hey that's a first world problem I guess We LOVE having a garage attached to the unit.

Also I gotta give a shout out to Josh at the leasing office because he just seems like a really cool dude and has been super helpful every time we have a question. If you're thinking about renting in the area definitely stop by and see some units

Our experiences with the leasing staff, especially Amber Moore has been exceptional. We have leased our two bedroom apartment since 2015 and must relocate because of a family member death.

Our experiences have been memorable, from the indoor gym, clean swimming pool and safe walks in the complex.

In addition, extra kudos belong to Ms. Moore. Any questions we had was immediately followed up professionally and courteously.

We will miss the leasing staff, pizza night, taco night and the maintenance staff.
