Maintenence comes super quick if there’s ever any issues, neighbors are great. Quiet complex, no issues at all. They are so amazing to their renters as well. They do fun things like summer bbq and holiday decoration competitions, feels like a big family. Would definitely refer this complex

From the start of our application process, Amber was very informative and made our move in very easy. Upon entering, everyone in the leasing office greeted us and made us feel at home! Our gated community is always very clean and everyone that I've seen on the maintenance team always has a smile. Thanks for making this the best experience!

My wife and I have lived here for over two years. Employees like Erma and others maintain the property with a sense of pride in their work. Office Staff, i.e, Briana, Amber, Josh and Lelanie, consistently make time to listen to the WHOLE story and effectively resolve maintenance, administrative or social issues with efficiently. The level of professionalism, regarding the management of the Santa Rosa Apartments continues to impress - as we approach our third year. In my opinion, the inclusion of holiday and special events that encourage community health, in addition to friendly Staff, amenities and beautiful landscape, makes Santa Rosa Apartment Homes the best place to live in Wildomar.

I lived in the complex beginning of 2018, this place was really nice, if you don't need to deal with anyone in management its a breeze. We did have issues from the start literally from having bed bugs to our washer breaking down the first night! Luckily the maintenance guy was super quick to come fix it. Also the fire alarm would go haywire and go off randomly an entire day this happened multiple times and we would push the reset button like maintenance suggested. The bed bug issue we noticed first night and this lasted about 2 weeks then maintenance had someone come in problem was fixed. Also a big thing we were advised our name would be put on call box, it was not up until the last month of our lease! We did go in multiple times because of this and were told it would be and never was. The gate controls we had to switch out twice they were never working. Parking was okay given you have a garage your good but if u have another car your screwed parking is taken right away it’s a first come deal. We had to park outside of complex several times. And there is so many bugs outside its crazy we would find roaches come into apartment as well as grasshoppers and we would run into spiderwebs when we walked out of apartment. Neighbors never loud no complaints when it came to that. We did not renew lease because the rent went up double the amount. Also the sewer was insane we were paying 1k more with sewer and water fees.
