Santa Ynez Valley Marriott, Buellton CA

Had a few issues with our room, went down stairs and the front desk associate (Kamaron [Sp]) took amazing care of us and remedied the problem immediately. His customer service is beyond great. Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful!

Excellent customer service, beautiful design inside and out, and left with a smile.:) Wish I could go back but I don't get to California often.

The hertz rental cars office in back of structure not marked. Although Keith extremely accommodating and picked me up from flying flags. Nice veloster by hyundai. And again love central cali.

Really enjoyed our 3-day stay at this recently remodeled Marriott. The hallways were extra wide and our valley view room seemed quieter than in past years before the remodel.

Good service from night front desk when we had issue with our room. Rooms can be extremely far from elevators so pray you aren't near end of halls. Rooms were not up to Marriott standards in my opinion. These recently renovated rooms had vinyl rolled floors that had more bumps than you would expect from a quality job. Not much in the area to do, but good hotel stop between Monterey and LA.

I was with a film crew that stayed here over the past weekend and had the pleasure of meeting John who was with the pool maintenance staff! John was super kind and extremely helpful and fun! My friend and I were in the hot tub early in the morning after our shoot and John was kind enough when the jets went off to turn them back on for us, he also helped get me into the bathroom when I made it half way and realized I forgot my key back with my shoes! John also offered to help us test out the handicap pool and hot tub chairs as I have an uncle with a disability who may be staying near Santa Yanez and loves getting into the pools and hot tubs. Overall my experience at this hotel was made excellent because of helpful, fun, and kind staff like John! Thank you so much!

Great location near Solvang, CA. Hotel has been nicely renovated. We found this mural in our room. The Tesla Superchargers are on the premises.

Clean and quiet near some basic stuff like Starbucks. Also very large on site bar with relaxing area. Parking lot is on fairly steep incline and very limited handicapped spaces if you need that. Lots of dedicated electric vehicle parking so if you want to charge car this is perfect.

A wonderful surprise. I have not been in Buellton in many years. This Marriott is a first class. The rooms without carpets are clean the decor is well done. Breakfast buffet was OK. A lot of amenities. Pool and large patios with gas fire pits. My room was very quiet and the bed great

Love this property.spacious rooms, great service & the bar is a happening spot every day. The pool is very nice & the setting is gorgeous.

Overall the hotel is very nice. However, there are a few odd quirks. The bathroom door and floors both leave a little to be desired. The door doesn't provide any privacy and the floors are some sort of fake wood covering that is uneven and lumpy. Not what you would expect at this hotel. Other than that, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the gym is spacious and had newer equipment, and the restaurant serves a decent breakfast.

Nice Marriott. Good bar. They were not going to let me book a room using points even though I am a Platinum Premier member, but they fixed that after some convincing.

The restaurant and bar in the lobby is great! Fun place for events too, their ballrooms downstairs are huge!

Very nice inside. Large, comfortable lobby with full bar and fireplace. Surprisingly large - you wouldn't really suspect it from the outside.

The location is tucked away a bit. But the hotel is great with a Starbucks in the lobby. Beautiful weather great spot to spend the night before continuing our road trip.

Though recently renovated, workmanship of the room is not up to higher class marriott standards. Vinyl tiles start to bulge, excessive caulking at seams. Front desk greeter seems to be not very friendly, not until I made them aware that I am a platinum member.

Clean and looks to be recently renovated. The exterior looks a little dated but the hotel on the inside is very modern. They have a nice lounge area with fireplaces on the outside and a bar on the inside. The rooms have plenty of power outlets and a TV you can watch Netflix and a variety of other Internet TV on. Only about 5-10 minutes away from Solvang and about 20 minutes away from Los Olivos.

No Concierge Lounge for Elites but there is a Comp Breakfast downstairs. Service was friendly and rooms were recently renovated.

Very pleasant check and the suite they upgraded me to is very nice. The area is a bit boring (hence the four stars) but there is a movie theater next door. The breakfast was very simple but excellent.

We had a short stay. Great great great great amenities! Super Awesome staff and Sooooo clean! Next time we will bring the furbabies. Thanks a ton
