Kim is awesome and it is one of the best hotels in SY Valley Hinds down, can't go wrong staying here!

Forget ever using the hot tub if you are a member or guest here! I try to come here at least once a week and the hot tub is always filled with SY high school kids that jump the fence to use the pool! This has been going on for years apparently and Marriott does nothing about it! Very frustrating for paying customers!

Great location -out of the way. Well taken care of. Friendly efficient staff. Pool. A good time was had by all 75 of us.

Everyone was very kind, considerate and caring. The rooms were exceptionally clean and nice organized. The staff made us feel very welcome, not just because it was their job - but because they enjoyed it. We carried on conversations, laughed and had good times with the staff. We visited there in October 2017 and again in April of 2018. Plan on going back in October.

The staff is exceptional. Friendly, helpful and genuinely nice. Hotel is older, but has been remodeled. Area is in wine country and very pretty.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Santa Ynez Valley Marriott during a little weekend trip, and we were not disappointed. The hotel has been remodeled and looks beautiful. The rooms are updated and very clean. The bar area is fun, and there are multiple fire pits on the property where you can sit and enjoy a cocktail or a glass of wine. The hotel's location is great too. It's just a few minutes outside of Solvang, and about a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown Santa Ynez restaurants. It's also right next to Firestone Brewery, which is only about a 5 minute walk where you can grab a beer and a bite to eat. For this particular occasion, we were celebrating my 30th birthday, and the staff at the hotel sent up a cute cocktail tray with candy to our room, along with a card wishing me a happy birthday. This definitely went above and beyond my expectations. We'll absolutely stay here again!

Newly furnished rooms. Very attractive lobby. Close to highway (has plusses and minuses to that.) Pool is cold and non spa like with very tiny Jacuzzi.

Loved this Hotel. Love the lobby. Been here 2x now and it was decorated beautiful at Christmas. Its right off the highway and surprisingly I didnt eve notice. I will choose this place again.

Very friendly and courtesy service. Rooms are big and clean. Love that they have hardwood flooring. They do charge $25 an hour for late check out.

Super nice hotel. This was my first time staying at an actual Marriott. I've always stayed at the subsidiaries like Fair Field Inn. Although I have to say I didn't sleep well. I was working the night shift in the area bc of the Santa Barbara mudslides so I slept during the day. The hotel in general was a little noisy and the hardwood flooring in the room amplified the noise. Other than that, the staff was nice.

Nice looking, recently remodeled rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Ample parking. Close to restaurants and the freeway. Room floors were dirty. There was urine on the toilet seat. Breakfast was pricey. The laminate flooring is lifting.

Quaint and simple place. Well located. Staff was great. Stopped in because of the super charger in the lot.

Newly renovated property and the additions are fantastic. Convenient location right off the 101 with great amenities for the traveler. Renovated rooms are great and the property has the best restaurant located in the lobby. Warm atmosphere and the staff is friendly and quick to please.

I visited this establishment to charge my car. There are 10 Tesla Superchargers in the parking lot. The location is easy to access from the 101 freeway. There is a restaurant in the hotel, as well as a few within walking distance. The staff is always pleasant.

Went to the Marriott with my wife and kids to go see the Grinch for Christmas. The hotel was very nice and the people were very friendly.

Floors in rooms are hard surfaces because they accept dogs, rooms are very contemporary. A few more amenities in the rooms would be nice but a great option for staying in sy/buelton.

Visited for a Christmas event. Hotel employees were kind and helpful. Decorations were great and event was very well organized. My daughter LOVED the character experience they were providing. Fun for the whole family.
