Tyler inspected our solar panels and turned on our solar heat for our pool. He was polite and thorough, alerting me to a situation with our pool (unrelated to the solar). Very grateful to him for his help.

I think this company does not give a damn about the customer. I have got installed a new H VAC two weeks ago and now I have questions and they started to give me run around. When you call their number first of all it is busy than if you get hold someone that person has no clue what he or she is doing, and than everybody start pointing finger to other department/person but you an you are in limbo. I think I will file a complaint with BBB and t Costco as I have gone through Costco.

The technician arrived on time and replaced o-rings to resolve a leaking solar pool heater valve. He answered questions and completed the task skillfully.

Sierra Pacific installed a generator for us and they did an AMAZING job! The install crew chief Will Powers, along with Luis R.and Christian F.were always on time, quick and thorough, and incredibly friendly! They were able to complete the project early with quality that would make you think it took much more time. They even stayed for extra time to make sure my water pump operated correctly. Their service was beyond amazing! I recommend this team and Sierra Pacific very highly.

Dave was great on my solar start-up - very thorough and explained things well. He genuinely wanted to make sure our pool was perfectly ready for the upcoming swim season.

We had solar panels installed for pool heating. The installer, Sean, and his team were great. They put panels on three sections of our roof, it was a big job. They worked late on the second day to get it all done. Great results.

Today I had my pool solar checked and turned down and my heating system checked. The technician was very thorough and even changed my filters for me. He was very tidy and cleaned up after himself. Very good job!

Kevin came out to work on a pump issue I was having. He arrived on time and early did a very good job explained everything to me and left the work area spotless what a great employee for Sierra Pacific to have. 5 stars for sure

We have been pool solar customers since about 1999. We always appreciate the Sierra Pacific service dept.for their communication regarding the day-of schedule range, any unplanned changes (as happened today but it wasn’t a problem at all) and their professional approach. Our service technician today was Michael and he was very polite, professional and took good care of our pool solar spring tune-up. Thanks, Sierra Pacific!

Have solar pool service agreement with Sierra Pacific, they've been helping us with the spring tune up, winterization and fixing leakage. Excellent service, will definitely recommend them!

The staff was friendly and kind. Kevin was a really cool guy. He explained what happened and I felt he was very thorough and fixed the issue in a timely manner. The system works great and I am satisfied.

Estimator listened carefully to my objective. Correctly recommended a sturdy in-line pump on the domestic water heater supply. I had doubts about some inexpensive (read - cheap) on-demand circulator at the point of use. Good advise folks.coming from a licensed P. E.

I have had poor, incompetent service from this company. I am in over a thousand dollars already in repairs and still the issue has not been resolved. Nothing but the runaround from these guys.

The service technician was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their prices are straight forward and you get them in writing! They did a fantastic job installing a complete air and heating system in my first house and I will continue using them for the system in my new house.

Sierra Pacific has installed both my Lennox heating & air system (2014) and my new AO Smith water heater (2019). I purchased both through the Costco program. Their people are knowledgeable and courteous. And, when I had an issue with my new water heater, their team responded quickly, placing customer service above all else. I am very thankful for their after sale support.

Had a whole house ductless heat pump system installed by Sierra Pacific. From start to finish this has been a great experience. The design and estimate was clearly explained. The scheduling was spot on. The crew was on time, kind, considerate, and hard working. They kept everything clean and neat. Everything is perfect. I can control heating and cooling in each room. All from my iPhone! The system is so quiet! And it lowers my home Greenhouse Gas emissions significantly! No more gas furnace.

Sierra Pacific has great products, great technicians, and great installation. My only problem with them is their appointment system. I have made 3 appointments in 2 years for solar service and in each case, the appointments were lost. When I called to confirm, they had no record of the appointments, even though they were made by their own technicians. Their in-house customer service needs some correction and improvement.
