We have had our pool's solar system serviced by Sierra Pacific for years. From the folks in the office to the techs in the big red trucks, the employees are always personable and professional. We appreciate the extra steps to remind us of our appointments, and the calls to let us know the tech on his way. Plus they provide great winter/summer service and repairs as needed. Highly recommend.

Wouldn't you know it-the heater picks the coldest weather to stop working-and it's on a weekend. Sierra Pacific not only answered my call but set up a repair appointment that afternoon. Kevin spend all the time he needed to diagnose and fix the problem to out satisfaction. Highly recommended!

I was expecting service guys from Sierra Pacific today at 8: 00am -Dave from Sierra Pacific showed up a few minutes before 8: 00am, but didn’t ring my bell until after 8: 00. Now that’s Courtesy! I was already up but I appreciate the courtesy regardless.
They installed a solar attic fan, and tested the product before leaving. I have had excellent service with Sierra Pacific for the 10+ years I’ve been a customer. Always top notch professionals! Thanks!

We were introduced to Sierra Pacific When we built our pool we had solar installed by their company and have since used their services to maintain our air conditioning and heating System's and we can't say enough about the professionalism and Customer service we received in working with this company. DOUGLAS came out to our home today to service our heater and as always was great love this company!
