Smart & Final Extra!, North Hollywood CA

Wish they had better deals. Now that the Ralphs next to it closed. Its either this or the 99 cent store. Or just go somewhere else entirely.

Thank you for having those electric carts. I just recently broke my ankle and I couldn't had done it without it. Thank you! But overall in general I love smart and final.

I was waiting in line when the next cashier opened and once I knew it I had my receipt in hand and my items inside the shopping cart all paid for and I was outside. That happened in less than 5 minutes. Loved the service. I will definitely shop there again.

Very rude customer service starts from cashiers to produce employees. They don't care about long lines or customers concerns.

About 25 customers in lines to check out and only 3 registers open. I left without buying anything.

They had everything I wanted. I wanted to get some oatmeal that was on the top shelf and one of the workers was nice to get it down for me. Thank you tall man

Smart and Final extras are larger and have more products than your standard Smart & Final. This store is no different, more of everything meats, vegetables, etc. The store is well stocked and clean. As many stores sometimes weekly specials are not available such as cereals but still a nice store for weekly shopping.

Personal speaking I think it's poor management at this location I only get the essentials, and shop elsewhere! I shopped at the other store on Santa Monica and western for 32yrs. Request a pallet of water at times always great service and if something is out of stock they would let you know sasp. NOT AT THIS STORE. BE SAFE

I went in on a Friday night and it was super busy and only 3 registers were open and the employees were just a mess I tried all 3 lines and all 3 employees kept on loving there register one went ek get dry ice and dropped it on the way back the other one left her register to clean up that up left her big line then the one on the other register kept leaving for what reason I don't know they were just a hot mess this was on 8/17/18 other then that the store is a great store.

No shopping carts, and only two cashier's for Saturday afternoon, what's going on, that's why people are shopping on line like Amazon fresh please corporation wake-up, want to stay in business show up don't just look at the stock market how's is doing, go to your stores at different hours of the day, don't just look how much you make, because soon you will not have a check.please look in to.

Love this place. Not warehouse big and always a pleasant experience. If lines are long they do take measures to open up more lines. I have been here all different times of day but best time is in morning and mid evening after rush hour. Staff is great and if something is out of stock on the shelves they always help out and double check in the back instead of just straight out saying out of stock.

Always pleasant to go. Everything I need is there. And their staff is very attentive and polite.

S&F Extra fits in the space between most groceries and Costco in package size, price and crowds.

There's always a long checkout line here. I've never seen them open another register even though there's long lines. Either open more registers or make some self checkout lines.

A helpful emploee showed me where different items where and while at it was putting things away. I was impressed

Good pricing, clean store, good service, could use more check out people at peak morning hours.

Good spot always reliable and definitely better priced on most groceries compared to their neighbor Ralph's and always have dry ice on stock and that's awesome

Large selections of big box items and regular sized items, everything for parties, fresh meat, fruit, and produce, as well as an organic section! Tons of pre-packaged bakery items, nuts in bulk - - there's no need to go anywhere else for your grocery or party needs! There's always a polite employee around to help with anything. I love this store!

The store manager Robert T Smart and Final store number 374 went out of his way on his break to help me get down my diet Peach Snapple very clean and friendly store

Looks like they have more products and lower prices on some of these items, plus the checkout line was reasonably fast despite there only being 2 lanes open. Plenty of parking at this location where there's also a Ralph's and a 99¢ Store.
