Smart & Final Extra!, North Hollywood CA

Hate my experience at this store, the newspaper sad they have Turkey meat cost 1.99 per pound minimum 2 pound per costumer and 4 pounds max. So i came on last day of that advertisement around 4 pm and i ask staf if they still have the Turkey meat They had only one 16 oz pack i ask if i cant get me more but they were sold out I ask if I can take 4 pound package instead of the same brand because advertisement was says that maximum 4 pounds they told me I can’t. I ask if I can speak with the supervisor or manager boy told me that everybody busy at the moment and don’t have time to talk to me. Then he told me to go to the cashier and ask for a rain check. So anyways cashier was not nice and she told me she cannot give me and my father-in-law rain check supposedly she got in trouble earlier from her supervisor. I ask her can you please talk to your supervisor about it she did and supervisor was told her to write a rain check for 2 pounds only when advertisement was seeing for m I ask her can you please talk to your supervisor about it she did and supervisor was told her to write a rain check for 2 pounds only when advertisement was seeing 4 max. So they’re standing in lying to your face. No any customer service. Does not want to help you out at all. I felt really bad. There give me such a hard time that I won’t share with you guys anyways after arguing I got my rain check as advertisement was saying. Because I was literally read advertisement them

Have shopped @ Smart & Final (Laurel Canyon in NoHo) for many years, always enjoying the helpful, friendly staff, as well as the great prices. Always get the sense that my $$$ are well spent. Nice to have the opportunity to say "Thank You, " to all, & to stores on Magnolia Blvd & Encino. Warmest wishes for continuing success, Thanks to all.

Customers service is near zero, and the produce section hardly ever checked for bad items. For 1 week, everyday I checked the blackberries, 4 out 5 packs had mold; I brought to the managers attention 3 times, but it's still the same; they don't care. From manager down to workers are liers and rude, like as if they're doing you a favor for being there.

These people with that attitude are lucky to even have a job.
