Smart & Final Extra!, Carmichael CA

It's like a costco on a budget, I love this store, its my new grocery place, and so far, every employee that iv came across is super attenand very nice

Great staff, they are doing their best to keep up their stock, staff is always helpful and friendly

Stopped in to grab some groceries for my mom. I was impressed by their attention to detail at the registers. Each lane is adorably decorated with a local street sign and street lamp. Even during a pandemic, the store retains an inviting and friendly atmosphere.

Slow service, people seem not to know much that work there. Pricing on shelf's deceiving due to price of item being on the wrong shelf. Need to read small print on description to make sure what item is what price. WASTE OF TIME. GET IT STRAIGHT SMART AND FINAL!

Ue to like this store but will not shop were I have to wear a mask. Such a sheepish thing to require. Good luck with that.

I called almost all grocers in Carmichael and this store is the only one requiring everyone to wear masks. I am so pleased! I feel safer that this store takes the covid crisis seriously! It makes me feel more confident in my shopping-especially being a senior citizen.

This store DOES take EBT cards by the way. I hope everyone knows this. No shame.

They are very helpful its clean and the staff remembers you and your family. Sometimes there is a little wait but that's getting better and it's worth it.

This store was ok except there are a bunch of spots where I'm not able to get by do to clutter in aisles and extra end caps I only use the e loo electric cart the store provides so I can still walk and move around some but very frustrating I hope they fix that

Regular shopper, prices are great, stores usually clean and well stocked (on rare occasion a bulk/coupon deal will leave select items cleared out)

Found this tomato among the other ones in the package.not the first time I’m experiencing expired products from smart and finals, yogurts on the shelf with expected dates at discounted prices etc

Usually I can find everything I need at this store. Not this time. Having problem finding a product called Baker's spray here in Sacramento now.

An old standby that has yet to disappoint.unless you count the fact that there's usually only one checker for the whole store, but this is becoming the norm no matter where you go = (

Good place to shop. Lots to Choose from. Employees very freindly and helpfull. Sales that they have are good sales of products that you allways need. Very well laid out can find things Easley.

I walk there several times a week prices are a little higher an don't have natural foods I buy but service is good. Store appears clean an checkers are friendly only had one that irritated me.

The register went down ringing up the customer in front of me. They were quick to move all my stuff to the next register and ring me up without delay. Only four stars because with all the camotion I forgot the ice I needed.

This is the main grocer we shop at. The lines do get long sometimes when they reslly shouldn’t but we’ve been shopping here for over a year now and it’s never changed, probably won’t. Biggest gripe is CHECK YOUR CHEESE. Several times we’ve bought cheese that’s marked as expired sometimes by several months! Employees are nice enough, they’ve improved over the year we’ve shopped here except one women but we rarely see her.

Great place for low price bulk options and not everything has to be bought in bulk. They also usually have some great weekly sales

My experience here was so bad, some of the people here are not nice, they disrespect you, the management is bad, they do a lots of mistake, you should always double check your receipt when you shop at this location, even when they do mistake they dont apologise, they dont know anything about customer service. They are not friendly at all, I talked to the manager about their mistake and i showed her my receipt, and she act like it was my mistake.
