Great go to when I'm feeling too lazy to wash the car myself. Monthly membership is great. Can wash my car as much as I please

I purchased there $30 car wash package. I am very happy because I can go there literally every day and get my car washed here is the only downside is that many times you have to wait to use a vacuum. Kind of wish they would install more of them. Otherwise a great bargain

I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the big lines everyday after I get off from work. Best time to go is weekdays after 9 a.m or else it's always packed. I got the monthly deal 15 bucks a month I think and I can come as many times as I want.

Always packed, only open till 8pm. Never enough drying locations, they stopped putting out the crevice vacuum tools a while ago and the staff always seem grumpy. They always quick to remind you that you only get five minutes of vacuum time when other people who seem to know the workers are doing complete details on their car. I will drive to San Marcos for the better location.

Get a monthly membership starting at $15 and wash as many times as you like! They provide towels for drying and vacuums. They also give you an air freshener everytime, if you want it.

Make sure to come more than 10 min prior. I don’t know who’s making the decisions but closing that much before your advertised time and you even have a huge lit sign saying 8am-8pm is just complete garbage.

Very fast tunnel, towels and vacuums included, and monthly subscription with no limits on number of washes. Keeping the cars bright and shiny is a no-brainer.

Good facility, but the wash still has the same issues as most automatic washes. Can't beat a hand wash

Don't give these people your credit card, I canceled my membership on Jan 4 2018 and recived an email that it would take 7 days. They were charging my account every month since then, then I canceled my card and still they are trying it everyday.

Permitting car wash at 7: 45 then turning off vacuums and lights is theft of services. Closing half the vacuum spaces at 7: 30 also theft of services

We pulled in at 745pm. They closed at 800pm. They turned off the vacuums with no warning while we were vacuuming our car. There were also 10 other cars there. They said it's company policy. What a rip off. I'll never go back there again. I'll give it a zero star but there's not a choice for that so I'm forced to give them 1 which they don't deserve by the way they treat their customers and ripping them off.

There's signs saying 5 minute time limit, but I always see people applying their own tire shine/wax/w.e and are there backing everything up. Crowded and backed up because of it.

I loved the quick in and my car washed but not enough spots to vacuum and dry my windows. Waited for 15 min. Had to just leave. But overall was a great experience

Great place to clean your car. Only $15/month and you clean it as often as you like. Run it through their wash then park and use their vacuum system and supplied cleaning/drying rags. There can be a line at busy times, but come before lunch and it's no problem.

#fail due to being too successful.
Soapy Joe's is a good concept, but they can't seem to manage the drying/vacuuming area making it a huge mess to park and dry/vacuum your car. I'll be contacting my credits care company and contesting charges.

Sometimes there is a line, sometimes there isn't, sometime people take 20 minutes at the vacuums, sometimes they take an hour. All depends how patient you are.

If I could give less than one I'd give a negative number. The first time I went through the blowers blew the side mirror off of my VW New Beetle. The kid in charge took an incident report and gave me the number to Corporate Office saying someone would call me within 72 hours. No one did, I called Corporate but the person in customer care was out. I left a message and heard nothing, called back, she said I need to speak to the manager at the location. I called, he's gone for a week, asked to speak to assistant manager. Finally after talking to 5 different people in the organization, all hearing my story, she tells me they don't cover mirrors. REALLY? Why didn't anyone else say that? I complained through the BBB and their response was that my mirror was cracked before it went through the car wash. So they lied to get out of replacing something their equipment broke. I had to pay $400 to get the mirror replaced. Most expensive car wash ever! Oh, and my car was still dirty afterwards. Horrible experience.
