Soapy Joe's Car Wash - Oceanside

This is the only soapy joes that has scratched my car and left massive streaks of missed areas. Even after going through twice.

I like this car wash but the wash itself was not good. I still had strips of parts that the wash did not touch oddly. But it’s cool that they have vacuums and towels for you to finish off your car wash. Come after sunset and get a discount. The air freshener smells delicious. Very convenient and busy.

It's alright. I found that it didn't do a good good job on the roof. The largest flat area of most vehicles. Staff was friendly and courteous. Overall I think the price is higher than the quality of this self service automatic car washing establishment. They do provide towels for drying off your car and vacuums. On weekends the place can be quite busy but the wait isn't overly long. Conveniently located on Oceanside Boulevard about a mile west of Interstate 5.

I’ve tried to come wash my car four times in the last week and each time the lines were too long. Then I tried to come yesterday and they were closed for maintenance and didn’t know when they would be open. Going through the machine once to wash her car does not clean it at all. I never get to vacuum my car after I wash because all the machines are taken and there’s a line of people waiting for those too! Yes it’s cheap but what’s the point if you can’t use it!

My car was damage by being hit in the rear end while going through the car wash. The manager refused to take responsibility and now my car is damaged. DONT RISK YOUR NICE CAR!

Staff is always helpful and friendly and they have ways greeted and assisted me if I needed help. They give free air freshener upon entering the wash. Vacuums are also have strong suction. Cleaning towels are available at each vacuum station.

The colors in the car wash were fun, but it didn't get all of the bird poo or dirt off of my car. For 20 bucks, I kind of expect a lot better.like.an actual clean car.

I want to love Soapy Joes because the wash is great but this location has lackluster driers. They never dry the car correctly and you end up with water spots all over the windshield and bumpers.

They need timers. People are taking to long at the dry stations. It need to be a timer or the workers need to make sure people are not pulling out their car detail kits and taking up 20-30 mins.

Disregard precious review if you cancel your account without knowing your RFID # they will not stop it and will not refund you for any of the unused months. Good wash, horrible membership management

The monthly subscription is a great idea! I can use the car wash as many times as I need. Uber & Lyft drivers cannot subscribe
