Sonic Drive-In, Visalia CA

We didn't eat there just got some yummy drinks, but I asked for Extra Cherries in my Cherry Limeade and I didn't get them.

Sonic is a go to location when you want any kind of drink your way
w/o fuss. But today I went and no banana shake? What's happening people? Ok I'm being a little extra. It's Sonic wherever you the same consistent thing. But today no banana shake, not cool.

Caitlin was very rude, I was charged for 3 drinks but only ordered 2. Charged for 3 sides yet only ordered 2. And don't get me started on the"large" popcorn chicken that looks like a medium. So far the worst visit yet. Not happy with sonic at all

Tried the drive thru, they're not using it. You have to park in a stall and order. Ok awesome. Not all the stalls have an order screen, and not all of them work. Pull in, can't see the wording on the screen at all. No big deal, I only need 2 of the exact same drink. Push the button and order. Card readers not working to pay. Guy comes out with our order. 1 drink. And gets rude when we state we ordered 2 because it's "on the screen". Oh, the screen that doesn't work? ! Never again. Every time I try to place a simple order here, it's an ordeal.

Sick of the poor quality i even went back after a fly in my burger mistakes happen but my wife called me asking were i got that disgusting burger because she couldn't stop throwing up we are done with this location for sure

Employee’s are not friendly every time I’ve been here! Especially the Caucasian blonde lady at the drive thru window. Poor customer service!

This particular Sonic doesnt seem to have employees who care much. Forgetful, dont pay attention to orders, grumpy attitude. Equipment at facility isnt greatest either. Wouldnt read credit card.

Fast service. Staff wasn't really friendly! No matter how polite or how much you smile at her.food was very fresh. And hot! I will chose this location over tulare location anyday.

Every time I go they say they are either out of pretzels or that they are frozen or out of cheese. I go almost every week and get the same answer every time. I asked for onions on my super sonic cheese burger because they didn't put any on the last 2 times I got it. They only put 5 chopped onions on it. They are all rude except the man in the green shirt but he still allows the other employees to be rude to customers. The sonic in Bakersfield is WAY better.
UPDATE went on may 19 and no pretzels or cheese.

I oder popcorn chicken, they were very hard and cold not fresh at all, I also oder a chili cheese tots, also cold and they tasted very old food

The only reason they are getting that high of a rating, is because the young man who I dealt with was very nice. The food was so greasy, the bag was DRENCHED in oil. My chicken slider was made from an old patty, and the bun was burnt. I was delivering to my friend and his wife at KDH (she was in labor), so I didn't have time to wait to have it remade or replaced. Very disappointing

The wait can be crazy but they got good food. However they can't ever mix or make a route 44 correctly. The taste is always off & the mixture is always sitting at the very bottom of the cup.

Just to get our order of cherry lime aide it took her 38 mins to bring it to the truck. There was only 1 other car parked and 1 in drive thru. Makes you wonder what the he'll their hold up way damn. Won't ever be going back.

I've come to this location at least three times this month and they're always cash only I don't know what they're keeping off the books but clearly they're involved in some sort of money laundering.

I love Sonic for their fruity slushes and ice cream twisters in the summer! This Sonic on Caldwell is quick and they always make sure your order is complete before you leave the drive thru.

My wife and I were there today to try the new cheese steak coney, for the price the coney was dry to say the least. The staff was rude when we asked what was in the cheese steak when we didn't understand what was happening the staff wasn't too ashamed of being rude when asked any questions about details of food. Thats when another team member had to step in and still rude. Definitely will not be going back! Rated 1 star but -1 would be sufficient. New cheese steak coney not worth the price. Too dry not moist or tasty.

Got refunded the twenty bucks we spent on dinner. It was my boyfriends birthday. He ordered a coney hot dog and was disgusted by the way it looked and tried it and it was nasty. I ordered a cheeseburger with no pickles and of course there was pickles. Took them longer to give us a refund than to make our food. Never again. But i like the one on Goshen ave.

The outside of this place is nasty I should have known not to eat here my food was cold and hard. Very disappointed and wasted $25 dollars. Take your money somewhere else. Who ever owns this location needs to be fired. The signs were broken, the drive thur has holes in it and over all gross.

Great service at this location. Usually our orders are filled quickly here. This took a bit longer, but it was during happy hour, snd they were very busy.

It was my first time here and I wasn't disappointed! I loved the drive in and eat. We don't have many of these where I live (I'm in Downtown LA) and the closest one to my place is about an hour and half away. This one happened to be here by the hotel I was staying at. Food was good the milkshakes were super yummy. I'll come back if I'm around the area or I might just make the trip to Anaheim just to go get my fix
