Sonic Drive-In, Visalia CA

So I ordered from Postmates who was doing a sale for Sonic and a little while later our driver called us and said that "Sonic doesn't do Postmates" Well that didn't sound right to us so I called them and the lady on the phone said that the owner of the two Visalia Sonics is refusing Postmates- not Sonic itself- just these two stores. My call was ignored for quite a while before the woman picked up to tell me this, being kida rude and short about it.
Although the staff here confirmed our order, and let it sit in limbo for an hour rather than cancelling it -which Postmates phone customer service had to do for us after this store refused their call.
