OMG I love the staff here! John Hall goes above and beyond and made me feel that my business is valued and appreciated. I've purchased my 2nd vehicle from here and have referred countless friends. We come all the way from San Diego to purchase our vehicles and the service is worth it.

Wonderful! The sales team is excellent. I’ve purchased 2 cars from them. Both times couldn’t have been happier. This last car- I didn’t know what I wanted. Eventually went with his recommendation. All I’ll say, is, he was right! It was something I wouldn't have chosen for myself. He listened to what I liked and didn’t. Then showed me one that fit those needs. Best car with the best sound system I’ve ever had. The heated steering wheel I didn’t need? I changed my mind on that too! Love these guys! No pressure. Just help.

I just got my daughter her first car at Southbay BMW. My sales person, Mike Gibbs and his sales and financial manager, Khoi Diep gave us a full explanation of the price in a very polite and accurate way. Mike was so helpful and kind!
I would recommend him to anybody who needs a car here! Thanks Mike!

My first time servicing my car with you guys for the recall service was great not only that but my car looked really cleaned when after receiving my car, thanks to the staff and Mr. Arson the client advisor.

My first time here for service on my car and received the best service with Armando. Friendly, professional, kind. And they were out of loaners and he said not to worry that they work with enterprise (right on the lot, few steps away). Team at enterprise extremely nice and helpful. 10 stars for South Bay bmw!

Just bought my second car with Avi. He is great and the service overall is fantastic. Every time I go for service everyone is very pleasant and I’m in and out. The building is always clean and my favorite part there is a Starbucks. Thank you Avi!

May (my service adviser) was extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive and accountable. She oversaw my cars' service, and followed up to make sure all maintenance was completed satisfactorily. In addition to being eminently competent, she was very nice, friendly and a pleasure to work with. She is definitely a vital asset to the service dept, and I look forward to working with her in the future!

Disappointing. Essie Dordooian and Scott McDonald are inept at customer service and handling basic requests. I regret spending my money with them.

Basic customer service eludes these people. They're incompetent and withhold information. For a luxury car dealership, the service is beyond sub-par. They don't return emails and the joke of the owner being available by cell is also hilarious.

Here's a short list of issues I've had with them:

- was not told the car was a demo until I was mid-paperwork in the finance guy's office
- I was told since it was a demo, they could get me out of my lease 6 mos early. Once I signed the paperwork, I was then told it would actually only be 3 mos
- I received an email from Willie (finance) saying they messed up on the tax rate, he had to Fed Ex me new paperwork to sign - never received the new copy
- was sold the car with the promise of the "flexible mobility program" which offers vehicles when I need to travel a farther distance then the i3 will go. Requested to reserve a car and they refused. Saying they shouldn't have included that in the lease buy.
- The "check engine" light has been going on and off (currently off)
- It took them over a month to send payment to my previous lease company. I was never told this was going to take this long, so my account was deducted a payment - which they won't refund until I turn the car in.
- When signing with Willie, he said they would apply for the carpool access lane stickers for me. After waiting several months (and about 20 emails following up) they said they wouldn't honor that request.

You can definitely find a better BMW dealership!

South Bay BMW Service Rep = High-end professional service. But I would look into the quality of the courtesy Uber rides. First one didn't show up and the second one was lost and 20 minutes late. In turn, I was late for an important meeting because of this mishap. I'm told that many South Bay BMW customers have complained about the Uber rides.

VERY AESTHETICALLY PLEASING DEALERSHIP WITH A GREAT SELECTION OF VEHICLES (ESPECIALLY MPOWER MODELS) AND A TOP NOTCH REPAIR FACILITY WITH AN AWESOME STAFF THAT REALLY GOES OUT OF THEIR WAY TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN EXCEPTIONAL WITH ANY OF THE BMW VEHICLES I'VE OWNED. ALL THE SERVICE ADVISORS ARE GREAT BUT JORGE GONZALEZ IS DEFINITELY ONE OF THE BEST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ADVISORS THERE. HE REALLY MAKES THE PROCESS VERY SIMPLE AND STRAIGHTFORWARD WHILE ALSO TAKING YOUR CONCERNS INTO ACCOUNT. THE ENTERPRISE RENTAL STAFF THERE IS TOP NOTCH AS WELL AND THEY REALLY MAKE THE PROCESS OF GETTING YOU INTO A COURTESY VEHICLE EXTREMELY EASY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, FAST. THE PARTS DEPARTMENT IS HIGLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROVIDE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHILE ALSO STOCKING TONS OF GREAT BMW AND MPOWER MERCHANDISE/GEAR FOR US BMW FANATICS. DEFINITELY ONE OF THE BETTER BMW DEALERSHIPS IN SOCAL!

Great experience working with Catherine Harb. I knew exactly what I wanted and was in a hurry to get it. At the time Catherine Harb contacted me, I was talking to three different dealerships. I chose South Bay BMW because Catherine responded to questions promptly, provided information in a clear manner that was easy to read, and made the terms very easy to understand. I purchased my 2008 E90 M3 from the South Bay BMW showroom and it has been a fun car to drive and own. I have been having all my service needs handled by South Bay BMW because of their great technicians and customer service. Tim McIntosh is an excellent member of the South Bay BMW team. He has been my service adviser for several years and is always courteous, professional and candid. Very knowledgeable with excellent customer service. A+

This experience this time was exceptional! Joshua West is truly an exceptional asset to the dealership!
Pleasant, non-judgmental, considerate! Was it just me or did he go out his way ordering Uber to get me home and then back to the dealership days later.what? Who does that?
I could not thank him enough for the service he provided and because of him I might be back there to do more business!?

Hi my name is Patricia: My car was service on Thursday, August 16th 2018 at South Bay BMW. The service was great from beginning to end. Darryl Kwock was my advisor. He is excellent! Give him a raise! I also appreciated getting a BMW loaner not just a regular loaner car from Enterprise like I had before in the past. It did not work out well for me. I enjoyed driving the 535i 2018 loaner. I turned a lot of heads as well as the car. It was great! I drive a X5 35i BMW. I love my car. Keep up the good work everyone. Blessings, Patricia
