I love the service I receive and South Bay Mini. Always a great experience. Leno is my service manager most of the time and he’s helpful, resourceful and very nice. My next Mini will certainly come from South Bay Mini.

Is a TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE place to work in housekeeping! Piple not good, not respectful, they are too faces they ar crying and fight for colectrecycle this happen in housekeeping those ladies are crazy, and cruel, not to mention the manager she is hypocrite! O and bye the way in the restrooms peaple not respectful they're so mean to tha housekeeper's!

I recently purchased a used BMW convertible from South Bay BMW. I was a pleasant experience, Michael my Sales Associate was helpful and I did get an amazing financing deal. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a new or used BMW!

My wife brought the car home around 3 PM and says the Coolant Warning Light is on. How can that be, it was just in for 40000 service 2 weeks ago. Didn't they check fluid levels? Called my usual rep Dan Grammer and was transferred to his partner, May Villalobos. (Dan was on much deserved vacation). May said bring it in and we will see whats going on. Arrived around 4. She had us checked in and out in a loaner car in under 20 minutes with a priority rating on the diagnosis since the car had just been in. Diagnosis and repair completed by 2 the next day for crack in reservoir tank which was covered under our extended warranty. Typical flawless, consistent courteous professional service (Thanks May) and all around handling by South Bay BMW Service Dept. Thanks

I just had my first experience with SouthBay BMW and I am not disappointed. They removed the annoyance of taking my car in for a regular maintenance. FIRST, when I called to make an appointment it was easy and plenty of open availabilities to choose from. SECONDLY, as soon as I drove up I was greeted and approached by JOSH WEST with whom I had the appointment with. He was very efficient and effective in guiding me through the process. Josh W.also suggested a FREE rental car so that I wouldn't have to wait. Although, the wait would not be so bad given there is a STARBUCKS inside as well as a comfortable sitting area with cold beverages to sip. I was then guided to Enterprise a few steps away and another gentlemen assisted with the rental which took no time. THIRDLY, once I returned to pick up my vehicle JOSH W.directed me to a GENIUS name JOSHUA M. Joshua M.helped me with questions I had in regards to my car and showed me a cool function on my car that I was unaware of. This experience at SouthBAY BMW was great customer service at its best. I loved it!

Beautiful BMW dealership! They had a coffee shop, valet and a really pretty outdoor lounge in front. Darryl helped me with my car and he was fantastic. Made the whole process from check in to leaving a breeze. They even have enterprise on site for loaners. Everyone was friendly and had excellent customer service.

My 8 month pregnant daughter had her 328i serviced yesterday, after driving a few miles car stopped at intersection in carson. She could not get in neutral it would not restart immediately called bmw. After 1 hour they finally told her their towing service could not tow vehicle. They didn't even call her back. Oil dripping everywhere, people screaming at her to move car. She had her own insurance tow car. This happened at 2: 30 pm, car was finally towed at 7 pm. Do not ever let this dealership work on your car. This is absolutely horrible how they treated her.

It's so easy to be apprehensive about car shopping. I'm glad I got to work with Marc Cleary. He was professional, knowledgeable, nice, accommodating and very chill. He didn't pressure at all. He knows he's selling a great product so he doesn't oversell. He also went out of his way to help me with my lease return. Smooth process. Painless. Quick.

Had the airbag recall done, and asked for an oil change when I dropped it off. They accommodated even though they were busy. Darryl Kwok, the service advisor, was a pleasure to deal with.
