Cable Company Spectrum reviews
28Cable company doesn't prorate return of equipment. A standard old world, uncreative cash grab. Any enterprising legislators interested in picking this low-hanging fruit?
I called Spectrum on the phone first, and they said a tech will have to come to my home to install internet. They weren't able to get me an appointment for like 2 weeks. Finally, i was so bored at home, i decided to just go to the spectrum center, on Cielo, and just get internet. The girl that helped me said they dont need to access my home. Instead, she hooked me up right there! Way to go. Thank you.
Charge for everything. Soon will no longer prorate bill if you pay monthly so Plan on turning in equipment on last day of your billing cycle if you're a seasonal subscriber.otherwise you'll be billed an entire month for a few days service. Look for alternatives to cable.
Spectrum harasses their customers to the point that it is probably illegal. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with by far
The guy wasn't equipped with social skills and wasn't pleasant since I've had them I've had technician threatening me while I was injured cast on my leg and some how me and another person had some number explain that?
The electronic sign in is a joke. The attitude of the "service representatives" is NOT service oriented. I felt like an interruption instead of an opportunity. The process needs streamlining for sure.
There is usually a wait here, so be patient and be prepared to sit your turn even if you are just dropping off equipment. The staff is generally very nice, if you are pleasant to them. It is a high stress job for sure. They can be very helpful in resolving problems and negotiating plan discounts or modifications if you think you are paying too much.
Customer service is atrocious, service is substandard & they feel they have a monopoly and can charge you whatever they want. They are no longer in my home in any capacity.
