36Generally internet was good for more than two years, now it's so bad, really bad. It stops working several times a day. Everything was replaced and they cannot get it to work. Switching companies.
You guys do way more repairs on the internet services than you provide for your customers. I’m thinking about going to ATT or something because this is getting ridiculous now.
They could only have a certain amount of people in the store due to COVID-19 restrictions so the "crowd wrangler" (I think she was the manager) was walking around asking people in line if she could help in order to reduce the number of people in the store. She was able to help me and I didn't have to wait (I was #7 in line which would have been a long wait since only two of the 5 registers were open). She was very kind, professional, and helpful.
While the store was busy, I waited less than 10 mins for someone to help me. They didn't try to up sell me or change my service. The employees were helpful and nice. 10/10 go into the store rather than call spectrum. Calling spectrum is useless and they can't help you very much.
Employees here are perfect.
Product is another issue. I have had multiple cell, cable TV, and internet providers all over the US for the past 30 years. I rank Spectrum at the bottom for all 3.
Super long line outside in the morning, but steadily moved, so make sure you make an appointment.

It was good until I terminated my services on September 5 2020. I was lied to that they would stop the autopay and I still got charged for services, got charged today on 09/23/2020, for services I no longer have with them. Very disappointed with the service and customer service! My Autopay days were around the 5th or 6th and not even did I get charged within the billing cycle.
Horrible! Specially in these hard times of covid. 59.99 can buy me a months worth of food.

Fast service. Unfortunately I had to go back a second time because the guy gave us the wrong remotes. It was really nerve-racking trying to get the system to work and then finding out. It was all because just one person was totally uninformed.
Awesome! In the morning I spent 10 minutes there to get a high-speed Internet plan. They came in the afternoon to install my router & now everything's working fine. Only flaw: I got a few calls from them to remind me of the appointment & to give me updates on the fitter's ETA. These should be text messages instead of calls, way more convenient.
Slow, slow, slow. Jesus! Spectrum is terrible all the way around & especially on pricing.go elsewhere
Horrible! Signal constantly drops. I had better internet using my old smart phone as a mobile hotspot with Metro PCS.

Please go with any other company than spectrum. Speaking with any one in their customer service dept.is a complete waste of time. You'll have better luck talking to a wall.
You have to wait in line to drop off a modem. They should have a more efficient system, especially considering it's a tech company.
