36Wait was a little long, but my experience was not bad and the customer service was very professional and welcoming.
Really not much to say, I am very dissatisfied with the Spectrum service. The system where I live is out dated and was a step backwards from directv. I have spoken to many spectrum customer service reps all are helpful, some try to give more and others are "This is just the way it is" this applies the most at the Spectrum store. Well I am switching soon and will not be back
Long wait to get help associates move extremely slow after helping a customer as if trying to waste time and not have to help everyone waiting and only 2 people working on a Monday really
There are more desks than there are people working in this store. It’s ridiculous and the wait is forever!
Poor customer service, I was thinking in get service with this company, but if this is the first time I call and I get this service from the employees what else can I spect
This was a really great experience. Better than the past four sure. I got helped immediately and the person that helped me (Keisha) was very professional and knowledgeable. She even corrected the mistakes that a service representative (Mercedes from Michigan) on the phone made by mistake. She also offered me the convenience of choosing my channels in the store based off of a list she provided me with. Overall this location has great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable representatives that seem dedicated to helping their customers.
Super fast service, I was in and out with a line of 5 in front of me. I was litterly there for less then 15 minutes total.
Charter Network speed is not that great! I have changed my router couple of times but still not getting enough speed. 8 mbps speed in India equals USA 40 mbps. I am wondering how this charter stock prices keep going up.
Terrible! Internet drops in and out, tech support worthless, and they throttle you speed down to 2mbps. When it was Charter it was suppose to be 30mbps!:/
I have this company for my cable. Phone is for out of Country in 5 different Country's at free of charge. Many different plans.
If you have the option to go to a other internet provider I highly suggest you too I call every single day because they have the worst internet service and please don’t PAY for there tv it NEVER works! Take you’re $ elsewhere
I had a cable outlet but there was no cable in the wall. Charter sends a different person than normal to install the cable. They came to my house 10 times without sending someone who could do it. 10 TIMES! I just used the wifi from the motel next door and gave up.
Used to be good in Cerritos, until they got more customers now my internet goes out every day. And I'm not exaggerating. Every day my modem resets and blinks. Terrible! Waiting on the third tech who probably won't fix it either!
Pictures are of the eclipse in California (didn't catch it though). However, the Customer Service at this facility is great.
It's been ok for the last 6 months. I don't like the way they bill you, like every 21 days. I'm going to move and I probably won't get them.
