Oh don’t understand all the negative comments. Make a reservation online it’s easy! George helped us to buy new phones and answered our questions, giving us great service without trying to sell us anything. It was a nice mellow atmosphere and didn’t take too long. Love spectrum!

It's often crowded there and it takes a long time for them to get through a fairly short list of people.

Meh, the usual story of any subscription tech storefront. ATT, TMobile, Spectrum, they’re all the same. 2 employees 40 customers and a huge queue. The employees move like lava flow and I don’t blame them. These multi-billion dollar companies are too cheap to pay well and pay enough live employees to help the in-store demand. They would rather you call a tech in Bangalore that makes $40/week. Better yet just contact a free chatbot. I just want to return the old modem that you forced me to upgrade and are now charging me $10/month for. Yes I switched to Frontier and you should too. $80/month for 1Gb/s up and down speed fiber.

3 stars because it’s not the staff’s fault where Spectrum chooses their locations. This location however gets 1 Star for access. 5 stars for service.

Absolute worthless company with incompetent employees. Was told that I could stop by here to swap out a faulty modem & router. When I arrived, the store employee told me the only way to get one is to line up early Monday morning (in the middle of a pandemic) at a chance to receive one.this company is a fraudulent monopoly who should not exist.

Shanae the Islander lady was AWESOME. I was about to cancel my spectrum subscription due to the rude supervisor I spoke with over the phone, but meeting her changed my mind.
She deserves a commendation, a raise and a promotion.

I went at 6 30 pm just to return the equipment and somehow an employee told me they closed at 6 pm instead of 8 pm. Call this outstanding customer service!

I waited an hour to return equipment.it took only a couple of minutes cuz I was smart enough to call while I was waiting and close my account over the phone. Who knows how long I would have been inside if I hadn't done that. Not to mention there were seven or eight people behind me.

Every bad review left by everyone below is accurate. Besides being unhelpful, they are rude and insulting. The service associate actually insulted my character and mad accusati an about my personality, just for asking questions. Call the 800 number if you need help. Because you won’t get any here.

Poorly run. The snack bar was out of everything by 6: 30. Better off going a couple of blocks down to AMC 7.

Staff are really terrible in there, rude, nonprofessional. I worked with Ricardo July 31, it was awful experience. I just wanted to return tv receiver and take my confirmation receipt but It’s not easy. He told me about returning gas on gas station instead.

The worst internet service I’ve ever had to deal with. A 24 minute tv show stops and restarts about 6 times. I pay top dollar for slow service. Switching services.

Lots of parking, low wait times (even during rush hour), and speedy service. They hooked me up with a modem while some dude next to me was getting all riled up over losing his deprecated Time Warner package in the event he upgraded his modem (the Spectrum employee was super patient with this guy). I got a free modem and I was on my way in under six minutes- just in time to avoid a parking ticket ;)

I was concerned about my visit based on reviews, but I ended up having a surprisingly pleasant experience. I arrived at 6pm and was helped with zero wait time. Staff was knowledgeable and located my new internet account and helped me accordingly. Overall, including the call to Spectrum initially, I had internet set up within two hours of calling. Surprisingly fast. I am getting about half of the advertised internet speed, but it is still fast enough to stream anything I want easily.

I gave it 2 stars because there's parking. It was 3 of us waiting for the store to open and a rep walks up and we didn't get a good morning we got " I'm the only one here right now so you'll have to be patient". After making sure to take a look at her name tag it was Charise. If she is a manager she definitely needs to go to some kind of training and learn how to have patience and show great customer service. The last and front of me had a death certificate to close out someone's account and Charise basically was so rude to her after telling her there was a balance. The lady told her this isn't my debt and Charise continued to tell her well it needs to get paid somehow. Anywho, with me I had an old account where I need to return a box and close out an account. I did have the address but not the zip code she proceeding to smack her lips and say well then I dont know. THANKFULLY I still had the receipt from returning the box in Torrance well I also didn't have the zip code nor the address but they were happy to find out. Moral of this review is someone needs to desperately have a talk with this woman. We should feel comfortable coming in there and if you dont like the job you're in then move on.

Service has been much better since spectrum took over time warner. I rarely get overseas tech support now.

This location had really really easy parking and really quick service I was in and out within 5 minutes but the really sad thing is all I needed to do was swap out of box that was bad and the help behind the counter had the personality of a pile of dog poo unfortunately. No eye contact no smile no greeting did what he had to do bam that was it. Whatever happened to customer service? A smile is free cheap and easy enough isn't it?

Had recent good experience with serviceman who repaired my internet cable. Otherwise I would prefer not having their tv cable service. Tv service is too expensive and offers channels I never watch but have to pay for.

Even 1 star is wayyyy too much for this immoral people.
We took 3 days off from work & they were awful with scheduling & timing.
Their crew is absolutely incompetent & rude.
They are the worst.
