You'd think it would be a nightmare going here but I've been 3 times and have had nothing but pleasant experiences.

About what you'd expect from a place like this. The two employees were nice enough, but the lines grinds to a halt if someone in front has a more complicated issue than swapping out a remote control.

They might have fast internet, but they have the worse customer service, and also each statement is more than last month, when you call them you have to spend over 30 minutes and they will tell you that was promo and it was expired last month.please read your statements each month carefully.

Excellent service i was in and out in a minuet to replace a cable box no appointment no hastle parking in front.

Compared my last 2 Internet providers spectrum is great. Sometimes it hiccups and Internet goes off but for very short periods of time (minute or two) and it's quite rare. Speeds are actually fast ~30mbps download.

The worst service which I ever had in city of Santa Monica. Since Spectrum bought Time Warner out I see that both technical support and costumer service went down drastically. I only use my internet for 3 to 5 hours per week and I run into one problem after another and when ever I call for help they suggest that I need to upgrade. We need to do a petition on line to chase them out of our cities. I feel that they are taking me as a hostage.

Connection is poor, unreliable and cuts out frequently. Tech Support was lousy - felt like they were not even listening to what the problem was, and going through rote procedures of resetting the modem, etc. (which I kept trying to explain to them has never once fixed the problem), and the customer service was even worse. It's too bad companies don't seem to believe in basic customer service anymore. I don't recommend Spectrum at all.

Having had bad experiences before, I wasn't looking forward to coming in. However, I waited a grand total of 2 minutes and was provided with the most pleasant reception. Downgrading my service took all of 30 seconds. -1 star because of metered parking. That's it!

Just a store for Spectrum to dig their hand into your pockets. The workers are nice, and they are not the evil ones, like the ones sitting in the corporate HQ who want more, More, and MORE $, because we are their captives, modern day indentured servants.

I had an appointment for service to come out today and was very happy with Carlos. He was on time. Polite and went above and beyond expectations. I am very happy with the service I received today. Service gave me a window of 1 hour and Carlos was even 5 minutes early.

Since it's now Spectrum, great customer service, best overall deal in town, and don't need an interpreter 90% of the time. Dramatic improvements with Spectrum.

Got here in week day at 3 pm. Was pretty empty, so everything took me 5 min. Service was good, I got my answers.
Can't say Internet is good but service at the store is decent
