33 Really bad experience. Try to cancel my cable service and they couldn't.
They said because my service bill is due by the 25th and have to do it on that date.
I tried to return the cable boxes and the person who "help me"said he can receive the cable boxes but not the boxes

We drive all the way to Glendora. The Irwindale location is closed since July 2020.we returned new.modem which is not very good. We end up buying our own modem.
Andrew is a rude dude his job is to take money and say have a good day. He did not want to take my money and said he has no money in the store. So I called the manager so she took my money and gave me change then Andrew started yelling across the room.mad because you got caught. Shame on you Andrew you are losing your company money. If you worked for me you would be fired.
The people at Spectrum are understanding and patience with people that walk into the door. The only thing wrong is parking space for handicap.
How is it possible to not have a phone number posted for a store? The definition of not serving customers.
It was good until this year, when all of a sudden I started experiencing very frequent outages, and slows down. Not resolved until now.
Wife came in earlier, waited 30 minutes, and had to leave. I am back now, I’ve waited 30 minutes, and still haven’t been helped. There are only two people working here.
I am totally disappointed with spectrum! In the beginning of 2016 they were fine. But now somehow they have become greedy! At least to me and not being truthful. Keep trying to extract money from me I don't owe. Every employee has something different to say r a different price! So that makes me look like the bad one. Better yet! They make like i don't understand what i'm saying.
Internet is a rip off 65 a month really Frontier is way better fiber optic for 40 a month no bundle BS
There was a greeter who immediately puts you in the queue. The employees were friendly and helpful.
Only two employees after 4: 30pm and the lots of customers. They were not rude, but friendly either. Their check in kiosk was a problem for most.
What can be said about spectrum, u either like them or u don't but good staff but hope someday they can lower the prices to help the older generation on prices. Good service thanks
Horrible customer service, everyone says there is nothing they can do. I was charged for cable tv for 20 days, when my modem was not even activated.
The spectrum on Grand has an employee by the name of Stacey who is one of the nicest and friendlest person u will ever have the pleasure of meeting in your life and she is very I mean very help me and my girlfriend have the upmost respect for her and her staff ps keep up the good work Stacey your friends forever Mario and Sandra baltazar
Cable company was trying to get me to pay for telephone service I never used. When I tried to cancel it they raised my tv and internet service by 30%. So I canceled my tv service and now only use the internet service. A 70% savings. Cable companies need a better business model.
Just wanted to return equipment. Went back a second time because I wasn't seen in the half hour I had for lunch the first time. When I saw 6 names in front of mine the second time, I left my router on the counter along with the letter requesting it.
