33Made me wait, for almost 30 minutes, to pay my bill, there were three employees from spectrum doing nothing.
The person who work with me never smiles! Really bad experience. While she just treat me like a trouble? Don't like that
I was near the Spectrum office, I stopped in to make an appointment. I signed in and waited approximately 6 minutes. The gentleman helping me was friendly, polite,
gave me an appointment and what to expect.
Horrible customer service. They don't even try to rectify issues and offer consolation of any type. Can't wait unto AT&T buys them out.
Horrible! I returned equipment and my bill went up! Do not stay with TWC or Spectrum now I'm paying $20 dollars more because of the change to Soectrum!
The installation service sucks I had an appointment from 10 to 11 and they never came to my door. They use an excuse saying they called but if you agree on a time and have an appointment why the hell dont they show up. I was waiting all morning for nothing. Decided to cancel the order dont feel like dealing with bad service.
I would give it negative stars if I could. Over a month just to get a phone line in and their customer service is beyond terrible. I HATE this company. If you are deciding where to go, run far, far away from time warner.
Getting used to poor quality while paying full price. What a world we live in. Used to be you would have to give our money back for poor quality and you would be unable to claim "time warner better " because we had truth in advertising. Now days you can lie all you want and pick our wallets clean. We even have to bring in our rented boxes for repair and you wonder why we are finding other ways of getting entertainment. Your losing market share and I will cheer the day you go belly up.
So far so good they gave me a great price plan have internet 95% of the time better than Verizon
Easy location to find but under staffed. Some days are quick and speedy while other days are time consuming.
Worse customer service. The management do not solve issues. They claim to lose information. Be sure to keep all receipts when paying bill and turning in equipment. Very shady company and location
I used to have TWC, but moved and was forced to get Charter. I cannot wait for them to merge together. TWC I miss you. Also this store location is very nice and everyone is helpful.
I loved Time Warner cable. They were always so helpful with my bill and helping me achieve the best for my buck. Now that Time Warner has been gobbled up by Spectrum, they are horrible. Prices keep increasing and customer service reps do not even try to help you find a better deal. They are like, "Sorry your promotion expired. Nothing we can do to help you. " Might be time to start looking into some satellite services.
