32The guys here in Lynwood are friendly and respectful. Usually get things done here when I come.
Due to limited capacity inside the store, we had to wait outside. Wait was not too long and staff was professional and quick. The only downside was there were a couple of customers doing absolutely nothing inside the store, which slowed down the movement of the queue
Horrible customer service. First they were refusing to take their own equipment back. Telling me I had to go drop it off at a UPS store. Which I had their Care dept on the phone telling me is ok to drop equipment at my local retail store. Asked for supervisor she said it was ok to drop off equipment. Supervisor is now asking for ID to drop off equipment. Im confused now. Finally decided to just leave equipment at counter top and walked out of store.as instructed by their billing dept. Most likely taking my business some where else.what happen to good old customer service days. Sad
Poor service, never has enough workers to help customers. Always at least a 30 minutes to 1hrs are more wait time. Most of the times if you need to replace Internet equipment don’t go to this location, they will Not have any new equipment to replace your old broken down rotors. Need new management and better service for the community of all colors.
Its always running slow here even before the pandemic and now its 10xs worse than before the line is extremely long be prepared to stand awhile

I hate that our government doesn't protect us from over pricing. $60+ per month to surf the web! They were super rude when I wanted to cancel my service.
I just signed up with Spectrum, they told me to pick up a modem at this store only to make me wait 20 min just to tell me they didn't have any. So they couldn't just announce to the customers they didn't have any instead of making people wait for nothing!
Pay machine is broken. Long wait times annnd they're discriminatory. Big lack of diversity. Elena was the worst.
Takes too long.only 2 or 3 people actually working and 2 more just standing. I gave it 3 because once I got to the customer representative, he was fast getting me out.
Internet/Cable companies are tricky but so far I have no complain about this one, the store is organized and the employees are nice
What they say in the commercials in TV is a LIE. TV everywhere is a BIG time LIE, and prices are crazy.
People are rude it says something when you enjoy the company of the costumer instead of the workers

Went on a holiday. Was super empty so I got someone to help me fast. Didnt like that I still had to sign in and be told to take a seat when nobody was there. Literally no customers were there
Bad experience and glad am done with them. There was a list of 15 people and only two reps helping. Until 10 min later they decided to add another person.
They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau: charging for services they don't provide, products you return yet have clearly been received, never giving your their promotional gifts. I've reported them and clearly everyone that going into this establishment has some sort of an issue that is never resolved because and employee will tell them one thing while customer services relays another. I suggest everyone does as I have done and shut them down!
Really bad service, I've been at Lynwood location 3 times before I was able to return their equipment, the wait is very long and service sucks, I had a very slow internet service, my mobil spot is faster. And on top they increased their price $20. To customers given a better price to new customers only.
I made an appointment on line and was seen in less than 1 minute. They have a nice comfortable benches, tables where you can get on the internet, many screens where you can watch TV, free Wi-Fi. The best feature everyone checks in electronicly and the list is on the wall, so you can clearly see when it's going to be your turn. The workers were helpful and polite as well.
