32I dont know but this place sucks they have 13 computers and only 2 employees and about 30 ppl waiting i was there to return there cable boxes as i left T. W. C.as there prices are to high. Amy how the wait time i was there was 1hr. But glade i dont have there service anymore as there other way.better cheaper ways to look at t.v shows movie etc.
The store has food service, but they’re system does not update. I found out that I’ve been paying for materials since September of 2016. Kind of upsetting. I’m still waiting for them to find them to give me a refund.
They could care less about customer but they have great internet at reasonable price. They love to say (policy) which means we won’t work with you.
I always use the pay and go machine, which is easy to use. I no longer have to wait long to pay for my internet.
You know the stories. I'm a subscriber. 200MG/s Internet with my own modem/Router - I do not pay them rent. Also, have TiVo cable card with them. Good signal, reception, etc, no complains.
This place is horrible they shouldn't even get 1 star. The amount of time that you have to wait to get service is outrageous. With to many employees standing around

Pay at the paystation when you want to pay your bill, in and out! Call their CS number if you are interested in services instead of going directly to the store. NO wait and they can offer you discounts <3
Way too crowded and never seems to have proper amount of staff. They take your name when you first arrive which only adds to the frustrating because it shows the amount of time you've been waiting
Love my service with spectrum they help me with everything all questions I have when I call customer service are answered and they help me solve my problem
If would give them a 0 if I could. Staff does not have correct info.which creates more terrible for the customers down the road.
