Excellent trip to the Sports Basement. I came in to buy a smart bicycle trainer. Talked to the Sales person for quite some time; wish I had gotten her name. Ugh! But she was well informed on the hardware as well as the accompanying apps. Very happy with my purchase and the service!

The equipment worked out really well, service was friendly, efficient and flexible. A week end rental that gives you four days with the equipment is a very flexible solution - all worked out well for us.

While I've been here countless times before, simply for shoes and other sports gear, I rented a winter coat, snow pants, ski gloves, and goggles from Sports Basement for the first time. My logic for renting over buying was simply due to the fact I don't go on ski trips very often and I didn't want to buy and take up valuable real estate in my house. The pick up process was easy and so was the return process. I was encouraged to try on all the gear by an in-store employee as they'd exchange anything for a bigger/smaller size. I constantly appreciate the customer service I receive at Sports Basement!

I rented a Cannondale road bike for the day to see if I would enjoy riding on the road before purchasing a bike of my own. The staff were so helpful helping me to figure out the best size and type of bike for my needs and experience. Mike and Joe int the bike department were super helpful and made I had everything I would need for my trip. I will rent another bike soon to nail down what will work best for me and then will likely purchase one. It will be from Sports basement for sure.

This place is enormous and is guaranteed to have anything you require for your outdoor adventure. Or just stop by and wander! That's what I do!

London and Mark helped me out with shoes and swimming gear, not fifteen minutes before they closed. They both took their time with me, didn't rush me out the door, listened, and gave personal recommendations that fit with what I was looking for, all while being extremely friendly and encouraging. Highly recommend this Sports Basement, other visits have also been enjoyable and helpful experiences

Great place to find a what you need for missed sports and outdoor activities. I bought my son's tball bat and pants at the same place I but running shoes and clothes.

They'll ask you to check your bag if you're a dark skinned man, but not if you're a white woman

This review is about snowboarding package rental at Sports Basement. This is the 3rd year I am renting snowboarding packages for my kids. Ordering is fast and easy on their web site, prices are great, especially when you get the day before and the day after for free. When I got to pick up my order, turned out that I ordered one board too short but they had no problem replacing it with a longer one. Courteous services and good equipment. I'll definitely rent again with them next season.

Great selection of athletic shoes. As a runner I find that they carry all major brands. You’ll even find some great prices if you come often enough.

Really great service from Taylure and the new guy from New York. They helped my friend and I out with a new board and bindings, taking time to make sure that everything was set up properly for our intended use and showing us all of the various features and adjustments. They were both very knowledgeable and they made our experience a fun one. Thanks again Taylure!

Shout out to Ray in the bike shop.

Brought in my bike that was unrideable because the frame had been bent (RD mount) 80 degrees inwards over the rear cassettes (how that happened cruising down LG creek trail? IDK). I came in mainly to ask for shipping boxes since I figured the frame would have to be serviced by the manufacturer. Instead, Ray went to work on it (steel frame) over the course of 1.5 hours of blowtorching, hammering, and wrenching plus whatever-elseing, he was able to bring the frame back to being 90% functional, which handles my commute needs, and saved me incredible amounts of time/money/stress (disassembly, packing, shipping, dealing w/ manufacturer) and got me riding the next day. He even referred me to a local frame builder/fixer in the area to get back that last 10%.

Very overpriced, likely due to high rent they pay. Nice people and good products if you don’t mind spending.

Pretty much everything for every sport, in a large airy warehouse style store. The selection is diverse enough to provide many price points. We rent skiing equipment for the season, the great staff helps ensure everything is perfect. If you go frequently, being a member of their reward program is worth it.
