I'm so happy to have discovered this store! There is a great selection of sporting merchandise. Customer service is excellent. There are nice comfy places to sit and take a break or try shoes. Rich the manager was very helpful and courteous.
Bike rental was a little time consuming, but still very nice. It took the service guy a little while to get us all set but that was mainly due to their rental area/system being under renovation. The bikes were high quality, maintained well, came with locks, and had decent suspension.
I was here to pick up my bib for my run. This place is similar to the one in Sunnyvale. Same great outdoor gear and good selection.
Sports basement is awesome and their customer service sets them apart from everyone else. Staff if very friendly and helpful. This is the only bike shop I like shopping in the area now
