27I need to replace my phone the screen is cracked so I heard about all these deals sprint has and its not always what you hear I think they just want to get you in the door and ended up not changing providers so im back at metro and going to up grade my phone
I was helped right away and I appreciate that every employee was wearing a mask as well as customers.
The manager and technician were wonderful very helpful and super friendly clean store they fixed my cracked screen in about 1 hour fast excellent service
I dont like sprint but this place has great customer service especially the technicians here they are the best

Jose applied a liquid glass screen protector to one of our phones tonight. He did a perfect job! We paid our bill at the kiosk and returned to find him all finished and putting the phone back in the otter box. Another great experience.

I just want to Express myself that a store manager was working on my account and was supposed to fix it but never did. My bill is 508 which is crazy also I have a tablet that I didn't get. The manager is name Shannon and she use to work for kingscayon in Fresno California. I was waiting on her call me and never got it.
I paid my bill in full. To close my accounts. I received a receipt. And after about two years I get a call from the collection agency saying that I owe sprint money. Before I close my accounts I made sure that I paid everything in full so that way I didn’t have to deal with anything. And I at least held by end of the bargain. This place is very Deceptive and deceiving. Never again will I ever have a sprint line. Luckily I save my receipt and I showed proof that I had paid it. Even though sprint lied and said I didn’t.
Great customer service, Vladamir was Awesome! I was taken care of immediately with all my questions answered. He offered me several AMAZING promotions. Best experience in a Sprint store.
They were very nice but I knew more information than they did. And kept offering me junk I specifically said I didn't want. Like they didn't want me to sign up. And he didn't know that the credit check he asked for was a HARD inquiry not a soft one like he told me.
Awful customer service half the employees were talking amongst each other and even after having an appointment they made me wait so I cam watch them not work and only talk to each other wont be coming back.
Had to wait 30 min to ask a question because their sign in kiosk failed to sign me in. I followed all the instructions and prompts to be told I must have missed a step when I finally walked up to someone and asked how much longer I had to wait.

Service was horrible and the guy lied to me repeatedly for no reason. They were empty with us and 1 other customer and there was at least 6 guys working there doing nothing but walking around.
Expensive phone service employees are very rude they ignore you! VERY BAD customer service I can't wait till my contract is up I'm out of here! ! I'LL FIND A BETTER PHONE SERVICE.
There are very poor workers here, do not want to help, they make more money for us, for unclear reasons.
Going in the store is fine. Nice customer service but getting them on the phone is a hassel. Right now I have been on hold for 33 mins just to see if my phone is ready for pick up! Earlier we tried to call and no one picked up!
People are good, But corporate took away there ability to help you resolve any issues or even look up your bill. Now they cant even call a direct Line even to customer support! AND NOW ITS ALL OVERSEAS! It took me Soooo Many hours on the phone, for 3 months to correct a billing issue!
Ive Lost faith.
My visit today was wonderful only one thing they couldnt correct at no fault of their own. I tryed getting them to help me take Bixby off my phone as i did not want it on. It kept turning on and found out there is no way to delete the app until the update at the end of Sept. Other than that they did very well. Friendly, helpful and professional.
